Worst ever. Buyer beware. They restrict potential buyers from viewing the vehicles prior to the auction. You can view only 3 vehicles maximum, leaving you to roll the dice on which vehicle you want to buy. They do this to create a limited market so that you bid higher on one of three vehicles instead of being able to bid with confidence on a greater selection. All other auctions allow access to the vehicles so you can start them, check for error codes and issues, and check out what shape they are in. Save your money and go to any of the other auctions.On top of all this, when I asked why they did this when their competitors ALL allow unrestricted access, their answer was Well

This place is ridiculous. Complete waste of time. Manheim contacted my business to let me know that there was equipment going up for auction that I might be interested in. I checked it out and decided that even though it was lower quality and no name equipment, I would take a chance. I won the floor bid with a $15k bid. I then found out that it had a reserve and they would contact the seller. The seller wanted $30k. The equipment was only worth $20k tops. What a waste of valuable time. I will never return to this place and suggest saving your time also. The whole place screams scam.

Wonderful and helpful customer service. They sold my vehicle quickly and for what I was hoping to get for it. Their fees are reasonable and the staff is great to deal with. I totally recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their vehicle.

Super friendly staff, great facility- clean, organized. Great selections of cars too. We did run into a hiccup with the car we purchased, went back to Osman and they were incredibly understanding and willing to help. We most defiantly will be back.

Eddy Osman and his brother reached out attempting to purchase my vehicle from me. They gave me this long sob story about helping their elderly parents purchase a vehicle because they’d totalled their last vehicle in an accident. I believed them and knocked $3000 off the asking price. They said they were absolutely going to buy the vehicle and asked if I’d meet them at the bank that I had the remaining lien on the vehicle with. I agreed to meet them at 1:00pm. After sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes Eddy told me they’d be there between 2:00 and 2:30. I arrived back at the bank at 2:00. At 3:00 they still weren’t there so I texted and asked if they were still coming…no response. I left at 3:30. These guys knew I was waiting there for them, they knew I’d rented a vehicle because they were going to buy mine but they didn’t have the courtesy to pick up the phone. After I texted them to tell them I put a fraud alert on my credit (because they had plenty of my personal information by this time), Eddy texted to say his brother found the same car for $500 less and sent me the link. I called the dealership, the vehicle had not been sold and was full of hail damage.After attempting to phone them a couple times the older brother called me to assure me they weren’t scamming me but rather they’re wholesalers and the buyer they had for my car fell through.Extremely unprofessional. No respect for clients’ time or money.

It's waste of time۔ I spend 3 hrs there to bid one SUV۔ I won onground bid for $6600 Hyundai 2013 with 246000km، But what was outcome، they called the seller but seller said I need minimum $8K، and they returned my $1000 deposit۔ they m8ght get $300 from seller but what I got of my time، Nothing

Went to the auction on July 9th and paid a temporary $1000.00 deposit in order to bid. Was told that it would be credited back on my card if I did not buy anything. It was not and now they tell me I have to come down to get my deposit back. Hard to trust a company that takes a deposit and does not return it when they specifically said they would.Staff was very rude when I called and took no responsibility.

I originally gave 5 stars, but had to change it. I bought 3 vehicles from Osman always trying my best to pick up the best vehicle. While picking up the second vehicle, one of the employees was wondering how I started up the vehicle. I replied why?"

Amazing to see the live auctions is a good experience. You also find cars at good pressure. They have everything from a small car to a large double cab van I loved it
