Dr A Kuhn is a practitioner whom I have worked with for many years. Her keen listening skills, intuitive compassionate heart coupled with her medical skills have supported me for over a decade to support my health & well being through challenges where answers didn’t come in the traditional medical system. I never feel rushed, all of my concerns are addressed and we formulate a plan to help support me to live my best life. She’s an essential person to my wellness and self care practice, whether tackling hormonal issues of being a woman, supporting my body through a stressful career & “normal” life events or the every day needs of seeing a Dr. I highly recommend her!!

Miriam (Sound and Reiki Therapist) is an incredibly warm and kind person, who brings a great amount of insight and knowledge into each session. She has been wonderful to work with and an important part of my overall movement towards better health. She is very engaged and creates an environment, where you feel tremendously supported. I have been a patient of Dr. Alanna for more than 6 years. She has helped me navigate through and recover from a myriad of life/health challenges. She spends as much time as needed to ensure she has the whole picture then makes recommendations and reviews them with me thoroughly. Jill has been helping me with many conditions over time. Sciatica hormones energy work and lately helping my father with his dementia. Over time I have counted on Jill for her expertise and intuitive abilities. My only regret is I waited too long and should have come sooner. I used to see her for acupuncture only when I had issues. Now I get monthly sessions and my health is excellent.

I have worked with Jill McCubbin-Clare for many years for a number of major health conditions, most recently a herniated disc and major head injury. The back injury was extremely painful, kept me bedridden, and depressed as well as anxious. Her vast wealth of knowledge, training and skill, compassion plus intuitive insight still amaze me as I continue to heal in gentle and profound ways.

Jill has the ability to to know what my body needs in terms of unblocking Qi and inflammation. Hormone changes at my stage had caused me to not recognize my own body. Jill uses acupuncture and acupressure to restore and maintain balance. She has taught me to influence my parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems and uses visualization to guide me into a relaxed state. She is able to get to my core issues physically and emotionally.

I’ve always received excellent care from both the team and support staff. Stephanie is so efficient and responsive to any request- gets back to me quickly and makes sure everything logistical is seamless. Dr. Kuhn is a fantastic practitioner, incredibly intuitive and really goes the extra mile for patients.

I've seen nurse practitioner Anna Rider and Sound and Reiki therapist Miriam Lyons at Natural Route Health and I highly recommend both of them! Anna ordered some blood work and helped me figure out some things about my health that needed attention to prevent serious disease down the road. Miriam's sessions are SO relaxing, but also very healing. I had chills all over my body with some of her sound work and I feel great after my sessions with her.
