Rude and obnoxious receptionist.I was prescribed a pair of glasses by the dr. about which the receptionist was very persistent that we get made from them specifically to which we agreed.Her behaviour was demeaning while we selected the frames from the options.While she passed rude remarks for taking long and what not.Also, whilst finalizing frames she forgot to mention any other options we had for additional protection of my eyes which I required from Glare and sun.Later, when I brought this upto to her, she instead tried to blame me for it and talked to me in a derogatory manner.She tried to deal with me as if I a naive newcomer whom she could belittle and shutup.This ruined my experience for the clinic and I would advise them to hire more normalThe optometrist is decent, however when most of the dealing is done by the front staff whose behavior is disappointing.

This review is for the receptionist. She is very rude and does not know how to speak with patients. The doctor is excellent however, I have stopped going here because of his rude and condescending receptionist. If you ask her a question she barks back.

I called prier to my visit to make sure he dealt with kids with autism and I called two times and the reception said yes and he is aware and when we went there the kids touched the equipment and he keep saying it's not video game its expensive and when I said you are aware they have autism he lied and said now even though we confirmed two times and I got angry from his response and comments and he said you can leave and won't charge your health card adding to all that I went to other doctor and he changed the glasses for my son because he gave us strong prescription and he doesn't need it

Efficient, professional and kind, Dr Mahmood Gulamhusein and his office are a pleasure to work with. Booking an appointment was easy and the entire process was smooth and painless. I would gladly recommend this optometry clinic to anyone who is looking for one.

Dr gulamhusein is too good very humble and very expert.the only issue with this clinic is availability,don't understand most of the time thy close.receptionist very rude.its too long waiting period if we want to go.most of the days it's close.

He's been my optometrist for years, and I buy my glasses from him, too. For a very complex prescription, his glasses are $100 cheaper than Lenscrafters, yet they've always been made correctly - I can't say the same for Lenscrafters, or Hakim for that matter! He is pleasant and courteous, and kind enough to give me a pair of disposable contact lenses to wear while shopping for new glasses, since I can't see much at all without mine.His staff are helpful and polite, and have always been organized and professional.

I have been Dr.Mahmood patient for a couple of years. Anytime I visited his office, everyone is very nice and friendly and also professional . Dr. Mahmood is very professional and precise himself. He answers to all questions patiently and explains any concerns that you might have. I definitely recommend him

Dr. Gulamhusein has been our family optometrist for many years, he is extremely knowledgeable, polite and courteous. He does a very thorough eye exam and explains everything well. I highly recommend Dr. Gulamhusein.
