Bought a scratch and dent fridge from them. There was a piece of paper showing all the issues with the fridge. They were relatively minor so I bought it. Paid 2500. They delivered it a few days later and the tablet in the fridge only half the screen works. Part of the screen is super dark and unusable. Also one of the clips on the shelf was broken off during installation. Called within an hour of delivery and Esma from customer service"

Bubbling veneer if you wipe with water multiple times and when complaining, nothing happened, this a manufacturing defect and this a disaster especially if paid multiple hundreds. Appreciate to get a positive support for defected items from Leons management to keep good reputation. In addition the door brackets came out when opening and this a defect as well, i am not sure what material used but for sure it is not a wood or similar.

Hi,I am a new customer who is very unsatisfied and hurt by my experience with Leon's. I ordered few items for my new home (costing $9000) which upon delivery were defective, used, stained. Not only this but it had a wrench (tool for plumbing) inside the packed goods.I raised the query with my local store and was offered a compensation of $300 (for which I had to visit and argue) & an exchange of my sofa and love seat. Also, the manager offered me an installation which was supposed to be done on the first instance but was not done.Now me and my wife were waiting for our exchange order which was supposed to be installed by the delivery driver. Upon arrival, the driver “Eric“was unprofessional and rude. He ignored the delivery instructions and rejected the installation mentioned on the invoice. This was my second chance to Leon’s, but I guess you guys don’t appreciate my business. I am COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED.I and my wife had to install the items again despite she was in a severe back pain. NO OPTION LEFT!!I am really disheartened, and I don’t know what to say or do. I have still a lot of items left to be delivered and not sure if I have to do the same with every coming item.The team here at London never approached me professionally or in timely manner to resolve the issue. It took almost a day for them to get back to me and I was the one to approach them all the time. My overall experience was extremely disheartening, disrespectful despite being polite to the local team. I felt that the delivery driver was R***** by the color of my skin.THANK YOU LEONS!!

Service? What is that. Promise price match, but complete lies, and run around. Just pass you on from one staff member to another. Each one has their own things to say. Nothing done. Continuous delays. No notifications of delays. Sectional the complete opposite configuration. My family have a sectional. In a room they cannot enter. Which they've waited 3+ months for. Owed 900 back for a price match. They got 300. So..... now a useless room, wrong configuration sent, did you re order it even? When are you picking it back up? Another 3 months wait? When will you honor your price match? Is this called good service? Do what is right Leon's!

What a disappointment. We came in to buy a sectional and spent $1600 for one. We were assured of their professional delivery sevice. The delivery persons had the frame of the sectional rubbing against the edge of our brand new door. Now I have the scratches in the picture. I spoke with the delivery manager and he said the delivery persons deny doing any damage. I was assured I would get a call from the general manager. It has been over 6 weeks and no phone call from the general manager.I did how ever recieve the attached card asking for a google review and it stating I am part of their family. That was just insult to injury.I understand and issues happen in the offering of services. However, how a company reacts to issues shows you who they really are. I personally will be looking elsewhere for my furniture needs, I suggest you do the same.

I am somewhat disappointed the gentleman that came to deliver the fridge asked my contractor if he could help him bring it in the house when the contractor asked if he had somebody else to help he said oh yes, but I thought I would ask you when they did bring it in left it in the middle of the room just took a front view of the refrigerator on the rear of the fridge raider. It had a big dent and I had to call back to your store to Complain, I feel they should’ve done a better job on the delivery

Great selection - excellent staff and best of all you pay for what’s listed. I found what I was looking for, helped out by Zabi who was super helpful and accommodating. This is a great location with ample parking, these guys are open till 9pm.

Great customer service, they were friendly and very nice when arrived with my new washing machine that is amazing. Thank you for your amazing service. The product I bought is awesome and a very good price . Most definitely recommend Leon's
