Contacted manager Daniel Voicey to whom he referred us to Jodi Deetjen. Both confirmed the car was available but didn’t bother to mention that the car we wanted to see wasn’t properly working before we made our 3 hour round trip to see it. What a waste of time. Only once we were there did Jodi mention this. She told us it was drivable and that it just needed a new turbo that was on order to be replaced. She proceeded to say it was ok to drive so my wife and I took it for a spin. It started smoking and struggling to accelerate. Very unsafe business practice especially if we’d brought the kids with us and tested it on the highway.

Recently had a electronic issue with my older commuter civic. Everyone in the Parts department went above and beyond to help out sorting though some ‘fixes’ done by the previous owner and getting me the correct parts and information. They were able to source a component for me that was unavailable new, and priced it incredibly fairly. We wouldn’t have been able to sort out the car repair without their help. Definitely will use them again, and exclusively for the time that I own this car. Refreshing to deal with a car dealership who genuinely wanted to help with a difficult issue, and went above and beyond.

Bought recently a 2023 Honda Civic Touring in Honda Red Deer. I had been shopping around town and this is the only place that has the best interest rate. The staff were easy and comfortable to deal with, no pressure and pushing at all, that gave me time to think and decide thoroughly. I love the atmosphere at their shop well plus the refreshments. Where can I even start, recently went into Honda looking to purchase a new vehicle for my wife and I, a family friend referred us to Jake Dela Cruz and he was phenomenal, he understood my wife and I’s needs and gave us an outstanding array of options well within our budget, he really was able to help us find a family friendly vehicle that would be able to our families needs. My search for the perfect car began at the beginning of January of this year. After extensive searching within the city of Edmonton and endless experiences of disappointment and wasted time, I finally stumbled upon Honda Red Deer. I found a Mazda CX-5 that checked all the boxes regarding expenses, no accidents and low KM. I was able to easily negotiate my expectations, a trade in value for my old car and financing all via text and email. A huge shout out to Rylan, his Team and especially Miranda George who did the anxiety part of finances with ease and grace. I had requests come up after I drove off the lot and they accommodated all of them. For those that suffer with anxiety, I cannot recommend this place enough.
