Never had an issue with the food but the staff at the Exeter location are absolutely miserable - every time!!! This prevents us from wanting to go back. Do better.

Dirtiest washrooms ever. They don't clean it at all.No tissues there, no flush is working.Big sitting area and good location on main road.

Originally I gave 1 star, but the situation was rectified by the manager after a quick phone call. She was very nice about the whole thing, and very accommodating. Overall, I'll walk away with a funny story.I've never had an order messed up so badly. We were waiting quite a while at the window in drive thru and when the woman showed up she said sorry

Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible customer experience and service. Donna, the woman who barely took out order, had an attitude with us since my girlfriend is black. The customer behind us was given superior treatment simply because Donna is racist! How does Wendys allow this happen?? The manager was there and just let it happen with a shrug.

Last week my husband and I placed an order. Lady seemed off when taking our order. I listened to 1 of the employee's share their unhappiness with all the other employee's and me. She was very angry that other employees were moving things and taking off her labels she put on the shelves. The employees that were on that night. Said it must have been day staff. They didn't know anything about. She went on and on with her unhappiness. This went on for over 5 min. Then she realized I hadn't gotten all my food and was still standing there. I feel that due to her bi$%!ing at the other employee's they forgot to make a buger for our order. She was still displaying her unhappiness when I was walking out the door. This kind of thing should be done when NO customers are in the store and probably to the right people. I did not want to listen to this, nor did the other employee's that didn't do it. My fries were cold and nasty bc they were the first thing in my bag. This situation could of been handled a lot better by the employee. I felt she was a manager or something. Better judgment on her part.

Worst meal ever. Nothing was right. Fries were half full. coffee stone cold. Burger had onions and pickles I ordered without. Coke had ice. Ordered without. Buns were cold

The food is always less than subpar, the workers are decent at the very least and the management is just God awful. Especially the manager Rebekah, nothing but negativity and no help to workers or customers. If I could I'd rate 0 stars. Unacceptable.
