Food and coffee are consistently good but the service, especially inside for walk in ordering and dining is slow, visibly either uninterested in the customer or they are still brand new to the job seemingly without the proper amount of training and are clearly floundering and left to fail the customers expectations and the standards of the brand. I understand that finding and retaining staff in general let alone efficient, experienced and competent staff is near impossible for many employers but there needs to be more support by owners and management for the clearly overworked or jaded from burn out staff they have.

Food got 1 star because they didn't bother to tell me they were out of more than 1 ingredient for what I ordered. Service was great because she was very apologetic and even offered something for the inconvenience. Highly recommend the Chipotle steak bowl so good and filling.

The mangonjuice and strawberry lemonade was awfulll.. the worst was that thw supervisor was so unprofessional and said it is what it is .... worst experience ever with Tim Horton's

Avoid! Avoid! Did I say avoid? We went through to grab a bagel and it was so stale. No cream cheese on it despite asking for extra. Place was dirty and the staff had no idea how to use a Tim's card so I had to go get cash out of the car. Then later in the evening I got violently ill from the food. Customer service won't do anything about this experience. Avoid

Not sure how to review. Please was a mess. Ordered 2 turkey sandwiches but no buns so got them on untoasted bagels. The sandwich is toasted the bagel probably should be too.I want to give the benefit of the doubt and say it's because I'm pretty sure there was only 2 people staffing the place and it was in the middle of the night

Went here for a pit stop on route from Ottawa to Toronto. To begin with the bathrooms were disgusting and they had limited options for food and drinks. Once we ordered we were told afterwards that certain things we ordered AND had already paid for they did not have. All of our hot drinks were warm at best, bagels burnt and crispy. They were also asking us what we had ordered while trying to prep our order. One of the staff members (one who mopped the floor) was being quite rude to the cashier as well. THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. (May 20/2023; 7:18PM)

A couple weeks ago we asked for a soup bowl to put water in to give our dog a drink and you would have thought i asked the girl for a million dollars.First she told me that the bowls aren't plastic so it won't hold water and after I asked her how they hold soup then she got real snotty and still didn't want to give up a bowl. She rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed until another staff got us a bowl....

Very well kept Tim’s with great organization and speed considering the high volume. Staff keep friendly even when at peak throughput.
