This office is located right in oil country, which was hit hard economically over the past 3-4 years. Lots of people handed their house keys back to the bank amongst other assets. Me and my family are among the lucky ones, with me finding steady work 2 hours away from my family.No doubt it has been hard to work 7 days a week 13/14 hour days to keep everything paid.Last week I called and asked to move my monthly insurance payment 4 days down the week. I was assured by a friendly Hub Representative that this would be fine. Today I called wondering why funds were still in my account and Gloria, a different Hub Representative told me my policy was cancelled and I was in effect a liar on my account of the communications the week prior.I have never been treated so badly in customer service as I was today. I work very hard every single day and all through the weekend. We are all hard working Canadians and decent people. It is an embarrassment to the company represented Wawanesa Insurance by this broker.Important Follow Up: I was contacted afterwards by Blain the office manager who apologized and set all wrongs right. It turns out Blain was also from the Oil Field 8 years before joining Hub and could completely understand my position. He did an incredible job solving my problem and my family and I are grateful.

I only ever deal with Reni when I go in but she has always gone over and above, her customer service is outstanding and she's always quick and to the point!

Took 45 mins to plate a vehicle. The girl had all the info in front of her but kept telling me that I had to have my husband's permission to use our joint bank account. I had to phone the bank to get a special access number to plate my vehicle. I have plated vehicles before in my name and never had so much hassle or headache. Thinking I will just use the SGI office for vehicles in the future. No problems with our house insurance though.

I needed a notary and they got me in right away. We get our insurance here and she said the notary service was free for clients! Very good customer service and always friendly

Say they will have things ready by a date and over a week later still not done say they will have forms ready then arnt ready. I'll be looking to elsewhere.
