Mobil Wallaceburg

Stopped in yesterday to fill up and had to use the washroom, as I was on my motorcycle.. went in and could not use the bathroom. I was having problems with my motorcycle ( noise coming from around my rear wheel) I pushed my bike completely out of the way, but not in the designated parking spots, as it would have been much more difficult to do so. I decided to adjust my chain to see if that would make a difference (10 minute job at the most) the owner came out and told me to move my bike. i told him I was almost done...he was persistent that I move my bike. We started a yelling match. What kind of customer service is that?No appreciation of my gas purchase? I go through Wallaceburg many times to visit my sister in Sarnia. I usually stop at the Esso station but it was full, with cars waiting.... this one was completely empty. I now know why.. next time I'll wait in line @ Esso.______________________________________________________________I have to respond to the owner's response to my review.... WOW is all I can say. I am 67 years old riding a Triumph Motorcycle. This year I travelled to Alaska, Yukon and the NWT, approx. 14,000km. That trip alone I filled up at gas stations about 35-40 times, and at times having to do some mechanical tweaking on my motorcycle on their property, with no issues. Most times owners/attendant would ask if I needed help, not order me to move my bike from an area that was completely out of the way to begin with.Why on earth would I write a negative review if my experience been amicable? I added a picture where I was parked...no pumps anywhere in the area. If you have footage of where I was parked when I was adjusting my chain by all means post it. Half stripping my bike? To tighten a chain, it requires removing the panniers and loosening one 28mm nut, that's it. I was done in less than 10 minutes. As far as being rude to other customers? There were no other customers, plus it is not in my DNA to do so.I 've been solo riding across Canada, from the Northern Tip of Alaska to the most Northern part of Labrador & Newfoundland, because I like meeting and talking with people, and 99.9% are good decent humans, willing to share stories and help out when someone is in need. I will not let this experience deter me from that.

Pulled into their extremely small parking lot (two parking spaces total) to run in and grab a drink, but first had to take an impromptu phone call for work before I could make it in. I watched a white BMW pull in and someone who looked like an owner head inside. After 5 mins the clerk was sent out to tell me to go park across the street at the Ford dealership. I didn’t realize there was an unspoken short time limit to make it into the store before you are rudely told to park elsewhere.Lost my business forever, over a parking spot.Head up the road to the ESSO, more parking and they aren’t rude!

Friendly service and great products. I frequently come here for their tasty samosas and chutney. They have pakoras but not very spicy. I love spicy pakoras from Burlington Indian grocers who get their from Toronto.
