I have been a client of Alana's for almost 3 years now. I have had treatments such as Flashwave for shoulder pain as well as for aesthetics, Oxygen Facials, AFA Peels, SkinPen to name a few. Alana has always shared her knowledge with me, explaining how each treatment would be of benefit. Alana is always kind and caring, she goes over and above to ensure you have the best experience at her spa as possible. What I love about Alana is her honesty, she would never sell you a treatment that she wholeheartedly doesn't believe would be of benefit to you. If you are looking for a treatment you are in superb hands with Alana!

Before I bought a set of treatments, I called to see if I could use them where I wanted to, and Alana was so helpful over the phone and gave me such a good impression that I bought a full set of eight lipo-laser treatments. I’ve done five out of the eight treatments and couldn’t wait any longer to give her five stars. I’ve noticed a huge difference already. The name of her business is entirely fitting, I can tell she really cares that the services she offers improve her clients self esteem. I always look forward to my appointments and feel entirely at ease with her. She is the sweetest woman, her facility is well cared for, and my results are fantastic. I couldn’t recommend more!

Alana is knowledgeable, personable and kind. She really cares about her clients and is very invested in their success. Alana is absolutely amazing. She is one of the kindest and most generous people I have ever met! Her knowledge is extensive and she provides outstanding treatments with fabulous results!She is the only spa in BC with Flashwave Therapy, which is a phenomenal treatment especially when used with SkinPen Microneedling.Alana makes everything work. Booking is so easy, if she can’t answer the phone she’ll call you straight back as soon as she is free.I highly recommend her business.

I just recently found Esteem Spa and I'm so delighted I did. This place is one in a million. Not only does Alana offer fabulous skin treatments like Skinpen and Flashwave but also holistic/detox services like the ionic foot bath and infrared sauna. I'm so so pleased with my results and excited to keep going to see Alana. She is a wonderful business owner, she is incredibly accommodating and makes me feel so comfortable and unhurried during every visit.

I can’t say enough good things about Alana as a person and a service provider. I found Esteem Treatments online and after speaking with her on the phone, booked a treatment. She explained how everything works so informatively and never once tried to push me to spend more. She has helped me get the most of my treatments and is so lovely to chat with during. I WILL be a returning client due what a wonderful business owner she is and the amazing results I’m seeing!

Amazing experience! I got a Groupon for 3 lipo laser treatments. Alana was super sweet and made me feel right at home for all my appointments. Plus I had great results! Lost 4 inches off my stomach. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a non-intrusive way to help with weight loss❤️
