Brooke Radiology

I have used them for more than a decade for X-rays and ultrasound purposes. I have never had a problem to date. Last week I had a spinal x ray done. The technician was a lovely young man and made me feel comfortable. It was done with no fuss, fast and very professionally. I have had several ultrasounds done here for ovarian and other issues. I have nothing but utter respect for the gentleman. He is a man of few words but that is what all technicians are mandated to be. He was kind and comforting because he knew I was worried. He was very professional, and knew what he was doing. I have always had a good experience here so far and I thank everyone there for what they do because their jobs are difficult and always under scrutiny. Thank you, to the reception staff. I appreciate your kindness and as I have told you several times, I would never be able to do your difficult job. Thank you, all.

After reading the reviews and comparing with the reviews from places close to me, I decided to book my appointment with Brooke. It was super worth it driving all the way from Surrey to see and to hear my baby for the first time. The technician was super kind and thoughtful and I left the place happy and satisfied. I'll go back for all my ultrasounds.

I went to take my X-ray film today. There was one receptionist who was so rude and she treated me disrespectful. She was so unprofessional.

Based on my dad's first experience here: the mature gentleman technician who perform the ultrasound, was professional & patience unlike the Broadway (Vanc) examiner whom was easily frustrated (language barrier). Wait time was 10mins with appt. Free street parking on Hastings or numerous small parking lots along the side street various blocks.

I had my first scan done here and it was great! Everyone was super friendly and kind, and the pic I got from the tech was amazing! Definitely going back for the rest of my scans

The service here was incredible. My daughter needed an urgent X-ray and they got us in quickly, and they were extremely patient with her and comforted her the whole time. Front desk staff was super friendly too! Great experience here, especially compared to other X-ray clinics! Will be coming back here from now on!

I cannot tell you what a fantastic experience my husband and I had at Brook radiology for our baby ultrasound. First of all, the technician Jay was amazing. No joke, this was the best ultrasound experience of my life. From the heated and warm gel placed on my belly to his calm demeanour and professionalism. Thank you very much for allowing my husband to come with me and being very patient with me on the phone leading up to my actual appointment. Thank you for not rushing my appointment and taking your time. We really appreciated seeing our babies on the ultrasound screen and you taking several photos for us to take home. We will never forget your kindness.

This is one of the better and more efficient radiology places that I have been to. It seems a bit run down from the outside however it is a great place to have an x-ray done. The staff were very kind and quick to get all the patients in. The technician was also very kind and calming with my needs. He made me feel comfortable as one could get while they’re getting an x-ray done and it was an overall great experience. There is limited street parking available or side parking lots in the neighbourhood that you can snag.
