Great experience! Amazing staff. I had call to reserve a product but when I got there product was damaged and the last one. Manager was delightful to work with an we got it all sorted out. Highly recommend this store.

Went there for first time and loved it lot of different varieties of pet products and also they offer discounts if you have pet license.

Staff is very helpful. Approached me right away and picked out the items I was looking for. Cashing out was quick and easy. Friendly staff. Can call ahead for items needed and then just collect them at the cash. Easy!

I ordered a grooming smock from this location (verified it was on sale on the site and went in to purchase in person) on Wednesday April 5th. Turns out they don't carry smocks in the store and they have to be ordered, so I did that right there on the spot. I was told a couple of weeks later that it can take up to 6 weeks (they even said they just have to say that, and that it rarely ever takes that long). After 8 weeks I call the store to inquire about it. Had to speak to a manager to get actual information. They call me back a couple days later saying it's the shipping/receiving/warehouse fault. So, if I hadn't called I would STILL be waiting and they certainly didn't care to look into it on their own. When it finally arrives it's officially 9 weeks after my order date and the person that calls me to notify me that it's in tries to rush me to come get it and that they wouldn't hold it for me longer than 4 days. As if that's all not bad enough customer service when I do show up they try to charge me full price. There were no notes on the slip about the order price or anything. Competence at this store is clearly below average. And after that type of run around they should've been trying to rectify this situation with a serious discount or something. Absolute garbage experience for a garment! Not shampoo or supply issue type product, just a smock sitting in a warehouse. I'd suggest people just order online and avoid this store in general.
