Good was exactly what you'd expect, but I which is what you want out of a fast food chain. Service was very good. But it was a little gloomy and very empty.

Great food as always.However, despite it being a mobile order we had to wait quite a while at curbside. And the service, while friendly and polite, forgot several of our items and had to go back for them. They even missed one item entirely.

I went through the drive through and ordered 2 large chili and a Coke Zero.What I got was 2 bowls filled 3/4 of the way with coloured water containing like 4 beans and about a teaspoon of ground beef in each.In no way shape or form would this pass for chili.It was ridiculous.This place has really gone downhill lately.I will not be returning.

So this used to be my fav Wendys in the KW area. It has been around for a number of years so age and traffic has taken it's toll. It NEEDS an overhaul, especially the bathrooms which are YUCK. If that was not bad enough a noticeable sewage aroma pervades the whole store and makes the whole meal experience a disaster. I do give credit for service and the food. Not a 5 but a strong 3 to 4 rating.

More often than not this has been a good restaurant for drive-thru. Occasionally I get a cold burger and fries. This upsets me when I have to spend over $10 for a basic combo. Once again it seems like these are businesses simply there to make money with no real customer service. I don't care if the franchise says it's okay to leave fries there for 15 minutes. That's not what I'm paying for. I hope they continue to get better and not worse.

Wendy's fresh food is one of the reasons we prefer Wendy's! Baked potato, chili and burgers are great. Nice variety of salads too. Seniors enjoy a free drink w their order. Has drive through.

I sent an email to your store via website about an order last week that I was very disappointed in my sandwiches. I received rotten lettuce on my chick sandwiches and you have yet to get back to me. So very upset with your service. I will be contacting corporate should I not hear back from you! I only gave 1 star otherwise would have been 0 if I could have posted.

Spacious place. There weren’t many customers dining in at that time (between 2pm and 4pm). Had a good time with a friend. Good, quick service. If anyone’s wondering, Wendy’s doesn’t serve Halal meet and there aren’t any vegetarian items. Anyway, I like this place and the food that I ate here.

Absolutely terrible service. Was there in drive through. Asked for extra salad dressing. Got home it looked like they drizzled the salad dressing all over the inside of the bags and items and then threw the empty salad dressing Packet in the bag. Called the manager she had lots of attitude then just hung up on me and will not answer the phone. Absolutely terrible. Will not be back.

The food is decent, but the last few times we've ordered the Southwest Avocado Salad (which is really good), the avocado topping was half brown. I'm writing this review though, because of the dining area. It is *disgusting*. And it hasn't been a one time thing. Tables aren't cleaned, the carpet is dirty, the floors are sticky. When we went last week, the area where you get the condiments smelled really rank - I'm guessing they hadn't emptied the garbage in a while. In addition, there was a big drink spill on the floor that had probably been there all day - it was mostly dried up and, you guessed it, super sticky. It was even in clear view for the people working at the counter, so no excuses that the staff didn't know about it! I'm guessing this is an owner/manager problem being too cheap to hire extra staff so they have time to clean. The place is in dire need of renovations too, with ripped seating and grungy carpets.Maybe order takeout, but do not dine in. I felt like I needed to take a shower after sitting in the restaurant for 15 minutes. I would've lost my appetite if I wasn't starving hungry.Actually, what would be a safer bet is to go somewhere else. What if the food prep area is as bad as the rest of the restaurant???
