Horrible place to spend a few hours. Drab enviroment, no upgrades in the last 20 years. Won't use this place again. So many of their machines are out of order or simply not working. Both washes ended up soaking wet, so you have.to spend more on the dryers. Would rather drive 20 minutes to go into Parksville. The only nice thing is the ocean view.

This is a good laundry mat with lots of machines and a, a clean working area. You have to watch out out as some of the waeher and dryers as they dhave nasty hooks in them that could put a hole in your clothes. I personally have not had any holes put in to my clothing but I have not put my clothes in to one with them.

Most machines are out of order or should be. There was water all over the floor from leaking washers.

Clean. Garbage cans were over flowing. No wait to use machines. Absolutely incredible views of the beaches while you wait.

We were able to wash our 3 loads, but the Laundromat definitely needs a HUGE TLC! It did help...

Listen to the old reviews. It's a DUMP!!! There's no info to say how long the cycles are or how much the dryer takes in 25c coins. Wait till the next morning to use a better self serve laundromat !!! We were desperate and so did 2 loads.

About 80 percent of the machines are out of order and most need a good cleaning. The ones that do work do the job but I'd be looking for a different place if I needed a laundry regularly.

First time user of this place and was shocked at how disgusting the machines were. Most machines don't even work anyways. I can see now why they have to babysit people while they do their laundry in other places.

I came several months ago to wash an oversized comforter and was disgusted by how filthy it was. I thought surely with Covid protocols it would have been cleaned up, but it is still filthy. The recently posted photos from another customer are accurate, and I added some of my own. There is nowhere clean to fold laundry and the floors are very dirty. This reflects badly on the Shell brand and should be addressed.
