I contacted this place to inquire about residential water delivery. I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and accommodating the customer service was! It reminded me of the way family businesses treated their customers back in the day. I highly recommend this place!

Friendly service but awful hours

My first water bottle filling. Very friendly and patient with my questions on all things water. Even offered to place into my vehicle. Definitely will be back!

We have been going here for years and absolutely love the staff and service. They go out of their way to keep their customers happy. I would highly recommend them! The best out there! Great tasting water and always reliable deliveries!!

These people are horrible. They advertise a deposit of $10. for bottles but you can’t take them back and get your money back. How is it a deposit when they cannot be taken back. This is a scam. It’s not the $10., it’s the principle of it. They should be up front and say when you Put a deposit on the bottle it’s yours, no refund. The person who is in charge is an absolute ignorant individual. When we asked about contacting his boss he says he’s out of town. He’s always out of town. Wonder why. Very poor business ethics.

Very disappointed with GWS today. Ive been a GWS for many years. I get they took the $2.50 last Thursday of the month away when COVID came apond us. Why they havent statred it again unsure..Learning that it could just be GREED. You pay 10.00 for each bottle you take. You could only get store credit once you paid for you bottle. In other words no cash back. Today I was told I couldnt get store credit anymore for my bottles. That they werent doing that anymore. But they will take the bottles back no problem. In my eyes thats STEALING!! I paid the 10.00 for each bottle I have and I expected that I was only ever going to get store credit. So trying to down size the bottles I have I tried to take back 1 only 1. I have 10 of there bottles.TOTAL GREED!!!

Suddenly very expensive.GWS retroactively changed what was a bottle “deposit” to a bottle “purchase,” and now we can’t get the deposit back.This also changed the incentivization structure with respect to keeping the bottles out of the landfill. My recycling wouldn’t take them, GWS is apparently keeping what was my deposit, leaving me with the cheapest option of smashing the ten bottles so they fit into a garbage bag and dropping them at the curb for the trip to their final resting place at the landfill.Wasn’t this what the bottle deposit system was trying to prevent?Buy your water elsewhere, preferably somewhere that still honours their deposit system.

We have been customers for years.Appreciated having help (offered before COVID) getting the bottles into our vehicle.Due to health concerns, neither myself or hubby are able to lift the 18L bottles, so unless we have assistance, getting 18L bottles is out of the question.As a result, we have switched to 11L bottles ...that size fits into the weight restrictions set out by my Dr. ....however, the water is more expensive (same price for less water!)Recently, we learned that the deposit we put on the bottles we have is pretty much lost" if we stop using our water cooler or stop getting our water from here.Doesn't seem right. Others we have talked to about this have questioned whether or not it is even legal.I know there are other places in town who will return the $10 deposit - even if you don't buy more water.Might have to start going there.At least we know that the bottle deposit won't be "lost"."

Great spot for well priced and great quality water. I do 5 large refills for less than 20 bucks.
