If I could give 10 stars to Art and his team at Speedy Solutions, I would. We retained Art to remove an oil tank and remediate the soil from a property in Vancouver in September 2022. The job was complex due to the placement of the oil tank underneath an addition to the property. However, Art and his team came up with a plan to address it. We had some hiccups along the way with the City, which wanted us to obtain a permit for the addition while the oil tank removal was undergoing. Art was a life-saver, as he dealt with the City and also found and retained an engineer to address the City's concern regarding the addition so the tank removal would not be held up. Other contractors would have made the homeowner deal with finding the engineer, talking to the City - but Art did it all. He was also always very responsive via telephone and text (and Morris via email) and explained the process and costs upfront and was prompt with his scheduling. The work was executed meticulously and the manner in which he backfilled our yard actually improved our yard. I would highly recommend Art and his team at Speedy Solutions.

From beginning to finish, Art was very prompt in his response. Scheduling an oil tank scan was very quick and easy. Although I wasn't there to meet him on that day, my wife said that Art was very thorough and professional. Highly recommended!
