The floor staff who weren't assisting other customers pushed me to staff who were clearly assisting other customers. Cashier was too busy playing with her cellphone and seemed offended when I tried getting her attention. I couldnt get a yes or no answer when i asked for a bag either.Staff need to be more engaging.

I bought a computer from them was told it was going to be good for school, has been trash the entire time I’ve had it. Didn’t work for school I tried to give it the benefit of doubt went back to get it looked at and even tho I pay monthly for my computer to get fixed and it’s been slow was told that I would have to PAY for it to get fixed then what is the warranty for. It’s garbage. They sales man also never told me about the return policy, so even worse.

My mother went here yesterday to mail out something and only had $45, she then asked to pay the rest on debit. Well the girl at the Printing Department took her $45 and put it on the counter behind her then charged my mother's debit the full amount without giving her cash back. The girl ripped her off, make sure to check your bank account after leaving this store so the same thing doesn't happen to you.UpdateThank you Staples Sault Ste. Marie for resolving the issue my mother had, I understand that it was a misunderstanding and that your employee didn't purposely do that.

Worst customer service at the photo and print desk. The girls are too busy on their cell phones and talking to themselves to be bothered with customers. Super rude and annoyed to answer anything. Won’t go out of their way or could be bothered to help or answer questions. Make you pay before you even see the image and then it was the worst quality pictures were completely blurred and can’t believe they expect people to pay for it

At this time last year, I would have given this store 5 stars.But on my last few visits I have felt that my loyalty as a customer no longer matters.I've always had excellent support from George and Brian, but the last several times I had dealt with a manager named Amber who made me feel that the only thing the store now cares about is making money. I was hounded by several employees to get a 10$ warranty on a 15$ cable, and I could see the employees visibly uncomfortable as this Amber continued to ask me, and would not allow me to say no to the warranty. In the end, I left without purchasing and will not be returning.Very poor choice in management...
