I want to recommend this clinic but unfortunately I cannot since there is no strict system in which you are able to select the services you need. Basically you can be charged arbitrarily for services that you don't ask for in addition you may or may not get the services you ask for. Personally I don't want to base my well being on luck and I'd rather keep the games of chance in the casinos.

Showed up at 8:25, my appointment was for 8:30 am, a person walked in just before me to check in and had an appointment for 9:40. Guess who got called in first, the man who came over an hour early. My “appointment” was late by an entire HOUR. Absolutely incredible , so much for making an “appointment”.

Originally was scheduled for an appointment at 8:15, ended up getting in an hour later and being late to an important event.Dr.Ramans solution to my problem was a bandaid solution that wouldn’t even work in the long run. Don’t waste your time at this place, find someone else.Edit: after testing the product, turns out it was not right for skin at all, to the point where it drained my skin of moisture and felt like I had hot needles being pushed into my back. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back here ever again.

Too bad I had to give a star to review.The staff are terrible. Doctor is exactly the description of all the negative reviews. It's all about cosmetic appointments and money they earn not from OHI.. If you're there for real skin conditions, then expect minimum service.ZERO STAR!

Dr. Mani was very professional, took time to understand my concerns and then show the diagnosis, through pictures and prescribed the treatment. Having been to family doctors and specialists who make patients wait for 2 hours and then finish the appointment in 2 seconds, and yell when more than one medical condition is discussed, Dr. Mani was an exception. He was ok with me discussing other concerns outside the purview of the current appointment reference.

i wasn’t feeling well and showing symptoms of a very bad flu, wanted to be responsible and reschedule. imagine when you are so sick and had to call their offices for hours to reschedule (still trying, still hasn’t reached them) they don’t have email, their voicemails is always full, they don’t pick up. i see others review saying how bad the wait for their appointment is, i guess the wait for someone to pick up a call is just the same, consistent with this clinic’s style. if i wasn’t worried about the no show fee. i would have just stopped calling after my 5th attempt. DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC IF U HAVE A CHOICE!

Not smart at all. Had terrible hives caused from a coconut allergy and asked him to provide me an eczema medication WITHOUT coconut for my general eczema. He straight up told me I didn't have hives (which I literally did and have been suffering from a really bad allergic reaction + 3 other good doctors verified this) He prescribed me with a cream that had literal coconut oil in it. He then issued a different replacement ointment that I applied which I later found out also had coconut as it ended up completely worsening and aggravating my hives. This Dr unfortunately does not know what he is doing and he also seems to be in an extreme rush to get you out so that he can work through other customers. His staff was also extremely unhelpful and outright confusing to deal with. Stay away, there are far better dermatologists out there

Wow. Amazing medical experience. Dr. Prabhakar was thorough, friendly, provided great information and I did not have to wait too long. Very surprised by the poor reviews.

Dr Prabhakar was on time and very professional. My appointment was on 9:05 am and i was out 9:45 am. Dr. Prabhakar was very thorough and detailed. I would recommend this clinic.

Dr Raman is extremely unprofessional and if it was possible to give 0 stars I would. After waiting an hour and a half from my appointment time, I was rushed out within minutes and him insisting this was not his problem without hearing me out. Don’t bother wasting your time going here. Genuinely shocked this clinic was so busy when the service and care is so poor.
