I have been working with Jessie over the last few months to buy my grail watch. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with! In the past 4 months since I first visited the Raffi Rolex Boutique at Square One, I’ve had some excellent interactions with Joanne. She is extremely knowledgeable in all things Rolex, from manufacturing materials, to watch maintenance, to the history of the brand. I initially approached her to purchase a birth year watch for my daughter (which she delivered over Fathers Day weekend no less!), but she has also assist with a watch service through RSC (in record time!). I had visited this Rolex AD for the first time last year in May and it changed everything! I was very fortunate that I had the opportunity to meet with Andrew Stanistreet during my first visit. Hey My first Rolex 41 Date-just OP was purchased almost 6 months ago . William was my AD . He is very professional calm explained everything how to wind or set time etc . William in Square 1 Rolex is an amazing gentleman to work with. I had visited few months ago, and listed my name for a specific time piece. William promised to notify me if they got anything. Well, I got a call today, and he held the watch for me. I was away, he waited for me and booked me an appointment. I went in, the watch was ready for me.
