Beautiful bridge at night and all day! It is also used for fun events. This bridge connects so many people between Halifax and Dartmouth.

For some reason Google wants reviews...Anyways, this bridge is sadly three lanes when it clearly should have been designed with four. It's bike lane is forces you to come out underneath the bridge instead of allowing you to exit along North st as the pediestrian lane allows.

The bridge is not the problem. It's the toll. You know, it's the 21st century and people won't have cash or coins but credit and de bit cards. Every booth should be capable of accepting any kind of payment so please don't embarrass tourists that just want to have a good time is this great city!

First of all, I am not sure why I am reviewing a bridge! One of two bridges to connect Halifax with Dartmouth. It's the best and fastest way to go by car between the two areas.Macpass is helpful if you cross the bridge regularly. There is also a special lane to park at Halifax airport for Macpass holders, where the parking charge goes directly to your credit card that's associated with your Macpass.

Really cool bridge to walk across. Will definitely take a solid 10-15min depending on walking speed. You can get some great views of Halifax and the surrounding area (Dartmouth) from here as the bridge is very high. If you drive over, there is a toll to get across.

The Angus Macdonald Bridge is not a spot for sight seeing . We took the bridge to go to the Double Tree by Hilton Halifax - Dartmouth. Got a chance to take a walk to the bridge and found that you can walk on the bridge. Happy to know some history of the bridge. Hope I can walk on the bridge next time when I visit Halifax.

I walked this Bridge many times. Love it. Great view over the Harbor. Especially at sunrise/sunset.I once took a pee over the edge, I nearly finished before it hit the water.

It's a bridge.That being said, riding across it can feel sketchy at times due to crosswinds. Would not attempt riding a TT bike with disc wheels across.It's also an interesting place to take photos as it goes across the entrance to the narrows where cargo ships have to pass in order to reach the port.
