I got there product in an RTM. Our front door has never sealed or shut properly. The warranty took forever to get. Which wasn't really warranty because I had to pay. I don't recommend there product.

We ordered windows and doors for our entire house.. one window cracked in the bedroom out from under the seal up to the top under the seal… coming from knowledge of windows where I have worked in the past the warranty here is truly sad… their reason to us for the reason our window cracked was our house shifted… yes I understand houses do that but our house is not brand new and let’s be frank it’s shifted itself into place 30 years ago… windows are made/should be made to with stand the weather etc.. this triple glass window was apparently not…and no warranty as it’s just been over a year with the windows… so we had to go buy a new window after about 15 months.. hoping we don’t have to do this every 15 or so months
