Very good lamb! But retail is on weekend morning .people need to wait more than one hour.can you think some ways to solve it? Less time to wait, faster to pick up! I can’t imagine wait outside in the cold winter . But we really love the lamb!

Good meat, I purchased a lamp leg. No issues with getting in the processing area and select what I wanted. You take a number, wait outside and the butcher comes and takes you in. This is a factory environment, don't expect a beautiful lady smiling at you as in a shopping centre. You know what you want a you get it. I paid with an etransfer or they accept cash. $10 a lb of lamb. Not bad considering it is fresh from Ontario. I would go back to purchase veal or lamb any time. Thanks

I just came from the Meat Packers. The price is very good and the meat seems good quality, but you definitely don't get good service. I am not satisfied with the ground beef, it's so much fat and you don't have more options. I asked them ground it two times for me because it's very coarse not mince, but he (the older supervisor) refused to do this. All the boys whose working there, are very nice except an older gentleman who is very harsh.

Absolutely treble public relation, whom ever answers the phone needs a mandatory training how to be polite on the phone and not to be So...So...rude.They are extremely rude to deal with. I have had two phone conversation with them and both times the lady answered the phone is very aggressive.Obviously they don't need the business, otherwise they would at least try a little harder to be polite. But business or no business, try to be polite, it is really good to be POLITE""
