No exchanges on unopened items priced the exact same, no receipt provided, no return policy. I understand a lot of stuff is final sale but now I’m stuck with a terrible quality overpriced vape and an unopened box of coils that will end up in the trash.

While waiting for my wife to get her nails done by the nails shop next door, I noticed this vape shop coincidently while waiting in my car and I decided to check if they have what i am looking for, all though they did not carry the brand i wanted, the owner i believe came in and recommended me a different brand that i am absolutely hooked on now, i usually don’t like it when i get recommended an item by a vape store because i always end up not liking the flavour, but this time i got recommended a different brand and i absolutely love it. Thank you for your expertise and the AMAZING customer service.

I bought a pack of coils from an employee a couple weeks ago before going on a trip. She assured me they were the right ones but unfortunately they weren't and I was left scrambling to find a shop while I was on vacation.Yesterday I went in trying to exchange them and the person at the store, Josh, gave me an even better option! I kept the coils and got the tank that's compatible with them.Turned out it was much better than my previous setup and provided excellent customer service! Keep up the good work!

I normally find vape stores really intimidating but Rylee made me feel comfortable and made some suggestions that I wouldn’t have even have thought of. I originally went in for a disposable (because I’ve never had luck with the refillable ones) and she found me the perfect refillable one for me and great flavour choices. I will definitely shop here from now on

Absolutely love this place! It has been my go to ever since they opened. They have great staff who give phenomenal recommendations on juices and devices. They also have an incredible amount of product to choose from. A special thanks to Rylee for her fantastic recommendations today and great customer service, as well as Nick who gave me a new product to try out that I’m already loving! No one does it better than these guys, cheers!

A few months ago I had a problem with your store, I ordered an item online to pick it up at this store, when I paid at the moment they sent me an email telling me that they did not have the product and that I had to go to the store in Missisauga, I told them no I can go to that store and they better refund my money, they never refunded me anything, I wrote them emails and they never responded, in short the company never took responsibility and kept my money.
