I hate this store! Yesterday I went there twice just browsing and talking to my mom on my phone just as I walked in one of the girls ask if it was me who left a pair of dirty shoes in the corner and I said no. Still inside browsing and I noticed that the security guard following me around and looking down on my feet not knowing what had happened inside I went up to him and ask if something was wrong and he said to me that my shoes are way too clean and if i had been outside the mall and that i should show him the bottom of my shoes which I did, so it's obvious that someone went in there and shopliftes something. Everywhere I look I see eyes looking at me they made me feel like I'm a thief and also they were asking me about receipt which I didn't have because I bought my shoes in winter when they had sales on and I wore it for the first time yesterday. I came home and I found my receipt and I will show them that I'm not a thief! I will never shop at this store again you people disgusts me. And it's obvious that you people are sleeping on the job to let someone come in and steal from the store, it's lock of security and security cameras! And the workers there treat people poorly. I highly recommend that store should employed a new team for that location. I wish they had a zero bar that's the ratings I would have select, y'all not worthy of my one star!

This is the worst place that I’ve ever shopped at! I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever shop here again. If I could give zero stars I would because this company is the worst. I bought pants because they were Harry Potter and that’s all I liked there and I returned them because they were so damn narrow and I couldn’t even get my bloody money back! They should give you your money I wasted $60 there! Don’t recommend this company at all. Worst place ever.id rather spend more on one pair of pants then shop here!

Always great deals and sales going on here that never seem to be available in the other ardene stores in the city. I got 2 rompers and a skirt for $15.

Nice place to shop. The quality of their products is average. They provide good good deals such as 5 for $10.

I had so bad experience in Ardene at portage place with the cashier. Her name is Ashley. When I requested to call the store manager she said she is manager. Tough she is not actually manager. She lied. She was very rude. Later I got the real manager and discussed about her wanted to make a complain but they said no option to make written complain there. Frustrating. Tough other beach I found really good behave. They are loosing there image due to such employees.

The staff are always friendly in a completely believable way. They're super helpful too,and i love that they all have headsets so they can easily communicate with each other. Even though I love to shop second hand and vintage, i find ardenes to be fantastic shopping therapy when there are specific things I need. And yes, I always 3nd up with more!

I've been shopping at this location for years and can't remember anyone being rude to me. I always find there what I'm looking for and even more for a great price. Love the huge variety of petit size clothes and their soft fabrics (I have sensitive skin). I usually go to st. Vital location if looking for new arrival items, and to Portage place if looking for something pretty on sale. Always love it!

The prices are fantastic at this location!!! Stafff..... not so much. The only thing that keeps me coming back IS the prices, not the employees. This location lacks enthusiasm and the employees seem to be there just for a paycheck. I will definitely shop there and pay no mind to the people working there.

I would give negative stars, but it's not possible. The manager is an angry, racist, psycho. She has no sense of professionalism, and screams at people in the store. I have seen her make fun of customers with other staff members, giggling and staring, making the customer uncomfortable enough to leave. I won't be back unless they get a new manager.

I do not recommend this store, the quality of the clothes is terrible, I have never seen worse. Also, the manager is extremely rude and unfriendly. You can shopping here if you like clothes that you can wear for a week and then just throw away.
