Excellent salon! You guys gained a new customer! They are so kind and polite. Hannah did my hair cut today and she was so friendly and understanding and was not pushy at all. She just listened and did exactly what I wanted . They follow all the covid protocols. I was really impressed by how well managed this salon is! Totally going back!

The Best Salon and Stylists right in our Neighbourhood.Ladies, you don’t need to drive to Toronto or Montreal to get the best Stylist, TBH is the answer.My career, involves to look professional and stay ahead of all the trends. I’m in front of mirrors all day, and  attend many Galas.  I tend to nick pick at the fine details that no one else can see on my hair, TBH always addresses this issue and makes me feel amazing, I will never go anywhere else.Terra and her team are dedicated stylist that understand your face shape, hair type and will help you create a look that not only looks great and complements your natural features they will make you feel amazing.The ladies at this salon are true artist, the consultations truly make you understand what can and can’t be done with your hair, they discuss the time and length to do your chosen hair journey and the cost before you proceed. OUTSTANDING!!!Watching Terra do my colour is amazing, it’s like she is working on a masterpiece. Her attention to detail and techniques are of top celebrity stylist. She is so honest and lovely to work with. I can never see my grey hair, even when my hair is grown out weeks after. I went in and asked for my long hair to be cut about 5 inches shorter. Was super nervous about it. Taylor did an amazing job on my hair tonight, gave me exactly what I asked for and turned out better than I’d envisioned. Highly recommend

I used this business in the past but stopped going due to my schedule conflicting with their hours. I was so excited when I heard they were opened a few evenings. I immediately called and left voicemail regarding an evening appointment and stated I understood there maybe a wait.I woman who called me back is a bad reflection of the skills I know are there. The woman was in a hurry, not friendly and refused to hear what I was saying.Without being asked what services I wanted, she told me I needed to book a free consult for colour and then book an appointment. I tried twice to tell her I went there before and that I just needed a cut (colour consult could be done then if I decided to book another appointment) but she refused to listen.Her tone was aggressive, she refused to listen therefore did not hear me. She was extremely off putting! I won't bother trying to book here again, if the receptionist doesn't listen, then maybe the stylists won't either.So disappointed, the voice on the phone sets the tone for the business and her tone doesn't welcome you.

I had the best experience with this salon. I had just moved to Bowmanville and was in dire need of a cut and a highlight touch up because my last stylist did me dirty. I also have very curly hair so I like to research whos going to be cutting my hair in advance. I called in to see if they cut curly hair and the lady on the phone was so nice and asked if I wanted to come in for a free consultation right away so I took the opportunity and zoomed over way earlier than expected but they still fit me in. The stylist I had was Hanna and not only was she super sweet but she worked wonders on my hair! seriously the best salon experience I've ever had. She was honest about the price range from the start. Yes it was a little pricey but my god it was so well worth it. I could hardly recognize myself after! 2 weeks later and the colour has held up miraculously. I 100% plan to come back. If you're looking for a new salon this place is your best bet for quality and fantastic service!!!!!! Thank you for saving my hair :)))))))

I've had two wonderful hair braiding appointments. It was not hard to book an appointment and I was able to have it 2-3 days after I called.
