Pro-Tech Seal Manufacturing Inc
I have submitted a claim to them almost a month ago. Spoke with them on several occasion and also got email confirmation that my claim is in process. Now on another follow-up I am being told that there is no claim in the system and that documents are pending. It looks like they have been scamming which seems to be true now. Not sure if my claim will go through or not. Only if there is some positive response, I will re-post the review else for now, this is the fact that they are spammers and fake company.

do not purchase anything from them. service sucks and they will ask you to call dealership, and dealership will ask you to call them. Might as well save your money and stay away from all extended warranty and other pro-tech services. go do it yourself if you need rust and paint protection, go somewhere.

This is a scam pushed by the dealerships. The contract states that you have to have the car inspected exactly at the anniversary date for the coverage to continue which is a ridiculous requirement and is their way of getting out their protection guarantee.

Pro-Tech Seal Manufacturing Inc
I used a lot of paint protection products and protec seal has the best results. Problem is it takes effort to install properly. I am interested in having a shop that uses Protec seal products primarily and I was fully certified by one of your dealers. I've installed for almost 10 years for a high volume dealership. Properly done it looks sharper than a brand new car.
