This is a great hardware store. We bought all the knobs and pulls for our kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, master closet, pantry, and dining room. Rob was great to work with; he even took the time to go over the designs with me and made sure I ordered a correct amount. Price and turn around time were excellent too. Highly recommend!

Can’t recommend this place enough. They carry Schlage Custom, which was difficult to track down, but they have great showcase and selection. Folks there were friendly and super knowledgeable. Shawn was great and helped me get the handle sets I wanted. Thanks!

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND JRD Supply Inc for door handles. We replaced 20 interior doors in our house and were looking for high quality door handles. We were not happy with the selection and quality at the big box stores and other retailers. We found JRD by luck searching online and feel very fortunate we found them. We were very impressed with their review and wide range of products. Dean was very professional and knowledgeable. We had an idea of what we were looking for and Dean guided us through the process of finding the best product for us. He took the time to explain the types of door handles and differences between products based on price, value and function. JRD’s pricing is very competitive and they have a great in store stock. Dean was able to provide a quote and turn our order within 24 hours. We ultimately purchased a collection of higher-end Schlage custom door handles. After a couple months, we continue to be very happy with our purchase of Schlage door handles.

Knowledgeable, kind and patient staff. They have a great selection of designer grade and not necessarily much more expensive than other stores which specify in imported goods (no brand). You get what you pay for. If you want something nice I suggest you visit this store. Turnaround time is also quick - at least in my experience
