Kelly Enns is our rep for Xerox and she does a wonderful job! She is quick to answer emails, resourceful and willing to help/find solutions. She has helped our company with a few things and is excellent.

Kelly Enns is awesome!!! I have been. Xerox copier client for about 14 years, and I have never had service like Kelly has provided from Xerox, or from many other companies for that matter. In fact, I was so frustrated with Xerox, and a lack of service as nd support that I was within inches of moving to another company when my lease expired. But Kelly was persistent, listened to my concerns band then was like a pit bull getting things resolved.In the past, many of my service/technical concerns were ignored or the buck was passed so it became my problem. When I got my new copier, we had technical problems with the machine getting the wireless connectivity to work. In the past, this would have been ignored, and not taken seriously. Kelly saw that there was a be problem, and was in an my corner 100% of the way. I know that without her dedication to service, I would be a very dissatisfied client, and this would have been my last Xerox purchase.Now, I have a renewed confidence in the machine I am leasing fee and COMPLETE satisfaction with the way my account is being handled. I am just a single copier, and I am a pretty small fish in a very large pond it but Kelly dealt with me as if I had 1000 machines. I cannot thank her enough for all she does.Keith BagleyREALTOR®

Roger and his assistant were at our office for about a week trying to understand different departments' requirements. He did it prior to even signing the contract or get our commitment to the project. The assessment was thorough and provided an overview in simple form of understanding what was lacking and how to remedy the situation. Roger is very committed to the client and would jump to help whenever I called. Great company to work with.
