For the first time visiting Montreal, this place has definitely been part of the memories! The vibe and atmosphere is so beautiful, even though it was so early in the morning.. the breakfast was rich in flavors, tasty, and great portion for the value paid. The waitress was so friendly and helpful. This place is a gem for sure!

Le passé composé is a delightful brunch restaurant that left a positive impression on me. The food was truly exceptional, and the service provided by the staff was friendly and welcoming. However, one aspect that slightly dampened my experience was the extensive waiting time for our food to arrive. Additionally, the restaurant's noise level was quite high, which made it challenging to engage in conversations comfortably. Despite these minor drawbacks, Le passé composé's pleasant ambiance, delicious cuisine, and warm service make it a worthwhile brunch destination.

It's definitely one of my best place for brunch. It is one of the few places you can reserve. Food is heavy". Quantity/pricing is very friendly. Your stomach will definitely be full. The meal is amazing. Really liked it. I will definitely come back with friends."

I had much higher expectations. Really disappointed. We waited more than 30 minutes for the food. It was average and extremely overpriced compared to what you get. For $37 the dish should have more than one egg and one slice of bread. The French toast was good but extremely greasy.The coffee tasted really good but it wasn’t even warm.The atmosphere and vibes are nice. The staff are friendly.

Food was good, could not get enough of the mushrooms sauce, that went extremely well with their toast, which was thick yet still fluffy.To be honest it was expensive, felt like they did not put a lot of meat on, I expected a bit more with that price.Food took a long time to make (about 20-30 mins), but the quality as well as the plating looks nice, I got the pulled pork with toast and goose eggs, the only highlight was the sauce and the eggs, the pulled pork was fine, but nothing too special.If you are planning to visit, please make sure to reserve a table before arriving, otherwise the waiting time might not be pleasant.Though it was a bit pricey, it's still a good experience during our Montreal trip.

It was definitely a highlight of our trip to Montreal. This brunch place was recommended by a friend and we were fortunate to be able to get a reservation just the night before thru their online booking. We ordered the maritimes poached egg and the berry compose French toast. Both excellent taste and presentation. It's a very nice twist than your typical brunch menu. I highly recommend and would definitely return the next time I'm in town.

Have to say this is my favourite brunch place of all time! Very popular place but allow you to reserve a place to avoid the line. Food was tasty and nice coffee too. Love their bagel and how all dishes are balance with fresh ingredients. You can really taste the difference! 5-star!

Nice cozy restaurant. Perfect for brunch with friends! The good thing about having reservations is that there is never a long wait. This is perfect for people who have a tight schedule. The food is delicious! The amount of food is decent. I ordered the Portuguese pouch eggs and they were delicious! There are vegetarian versions if asked.
