They did a very wonderful job and met the specifics ofwhat I wanted. They are also a very friendly and funny bunch!

Our initial contact with Scott was quite pleasant, as was our dealings with Donna. It went downhill from there. We had our bathroom remodeled and although the person who did it was nice, his work was uneven at best. It took 25 days to redo the floor, a 1/4 pony wall and 1/2 wall in subway tiles. The material was bought by us, he used our tools. He would say he would come in one day, 2 days, and we would leave the keys, but he would never show up. Most days, he was working for 2-3 hours, or would leave for an appointment. After multiple interactions with Donna, I can only surmised that he became upset because the quality of his work took a turn for the much worse. Grout of 2 different colours on the same line, crooked edges, no cleaning up, grout everywhere, including the ceiling.Unfortunately, Streamline was reluctant to recognize the poor workmanship and the questionable ethics of this gentleman, and finally agreed to a small reduction of our invoice.I think part of the problem is the hiring of employees that accept too many subcontracts and cannot finish work in a timely fashion, and to some extent, the absence of oversight of the employer when issues are raised.Having said that, Scott also referred us to Kitchen Studio and Harry and that was an incredible success.Scott contacted us after reading this review, and came to look at the bathroom, he offered to redo the faulty tiling, but it would have required to redo half the bathroom, and we were not ready to live with that construction again. To his credit, he offered us a credit on the work done and sent a extremely professional tiler, Chad Dolson, who was able to improve the previous work, as much as possible without redoing it completely. We appreciated what he did, and the interest Scott took in the work. We only wish that this gentleman would have been the one to do the original work. Lessons to learn, for us, keep tabs and communicate clearly with everyone about the disappointment, for Scott, be honest in timelines, if you have no one that regularly work for you, ask the clients if they would have been willing to wait a bit...we would have.

We had the worst experience with this Company " a 3 day job that took 3 months is very unacceptable. They screwed everything up from day 1.They are rude

What a joke this company is, show back up to my place of residence, what do I see 3 people 1 hammer and a chop saw. No air or powertools. 2 days to put up 40×2' of bug screen. When asked about tools, responded with this is what we have.
