This non profit employs/has volunteers that literally attack single moms online. Horrific abuse because she was low income & disabled. The very people this place is supposed to help. The company was notified. HR was supposed to follow up, after I sent the email to info line; not after the 2 messages I had already sent and they looked at and didn't even acknowledge. But after email...oh they acknowledged. Told me HR was going follow up.That was days ago.And still not even hey can I get the evidence you have?

I once upon a time stayed at their shelter in Sechelt. Never had any issues with staff. It's not an easy place to work and it's impossible to be perfect/patient/understanding in a powder keg. Most clients were respectable, and only a few became chronic, disrespectful, immature , thankless to the max! Glad more housing is available now in Sechelt and God Bless Raincity Housing!

Where the govt and other services fail these women work to support. The tenants are just as much to thank as the staff. It's a community with a lot of love and tears and support through the toughest times yet. Thank you, ladies. All of you.

I lived in one of their buildings in the DTES for seven years and for the most part I felt safe. Most staff are hard working and amazing. When I finally got clean and sober, the manager N" got me out of there and was instrumental in getting me into clean and sober housing elsewhere out of the DTES Thank you Raincity Housing for all you do!"
