In sudden and immediate need of medication before my 9am meeting and the series of meetings following that. I arrived 10 minutes after the opening time 8:10am to find a group of frustrated customers outside of the locked store in sub-freezing temperatures.Looking inside, the employees were casually chatting and slowly stocking shelves, showing no urgency or care to open the doors on or even close to the opening time. By 8:30, still not open. I had to leave and endure a workday from home feeling quite sick.

OMG dont let the fake padded reviews fool you. What is wrong with the security? Not only are they terrible and awful at his job. If you dare show any offense to him starring you down and the constant following The next time we went to spend money there He told my BF that he was banned from the store. He never stole anything he just simply stated he felt uncomfortable. Next shop YOUR BANNED". Seriously shoppers spend less time making fake good reviews and fix your terrably bad security gard. Thanks"

I live right across the street, I am a client of the pharmacy and other household items. The attitude that the security team has made me make the decision to visit other places... If the store say they will close at 10:00 pm why don't they let consumers pass at 9:50 pm. And ask customers inside to leave at 9:50 pm. I suggest that they should hire more trained security, because the attitude of the current security runs to the clients.They look very anxious to leave

Yet another store that treats you like a criminal. Me and my fiancee went in, (we were dressed up for the day,) And we were followed around. Upon trying to get some perfume, they called another male employee over to stand watch over us. Then tried to escort us to the front to pay for it while we still had some items to look for. And just treated rudely in general. Seems like most shoppers and Canadian tires are doing this lately as this isn't the first time being treated as such

During the summer this location changed their hours from open until midnight to open until 10pm. That's fine, I get it. What I don't get is security locking the door at around 9:40pm and making customers that want to enter tell him what they are getting. I live across the street and last night I went to go get something at 9:45pm and there were 4 people standing outside dumbfounded that they couldn't get in. If this were the first time this had happened, I would just assume it is a one off, but this seems to be a trend with this location.

The Asian lady working this morning at the beauty boutique is so rude. Called to inquire about the availability of an item and she told me there’s none left-thought it was weird since I called the other night and was told there was quite a few available so I called back a few hours later and the guy working there actually went to look for the item and he put it on hold for me.

Worst customer Service ! I had the receipt of 6 days ago product which doesn’t work ‘Irene’ at the cashier did not accept it because she said the package is open ! If I don’t open how I might know that the product doesn’t work properly ! And her manner was the extremely rude that I have never experienced in any other Shoppers drug mrkt . I went to the one at Burrard st . and they changed it immediately plus great customer service over there .
