I just had the most amazing conversation with Liz , I have been with Santander since 2021. I am in the process of trading up my vehicle, she not only put in a request for lowering my current interest rate but also emailed me all of the dealerships in Edmonton who accept Santander as a financing company. Liz went above and beyond with answering all my questions , she is a true gem to your company and definitely deserves a raise lol. I can’t say enough and will be telling more of my friends and family to deal with Santander. Thank you so much! Jen W

liz helped me with all my questions today and she was absolutely amazing! She answered all my questions in a way that I could understand, she was very nice and very kind. when I was asking her to explain a little further with some things. It was the best and most informative experience I have had with a customer service representative.
