Jay’s Transportation Group Moose Jaw Moving and Freight

Mixed review. The move itself went very well. My folks were pleased I however was not happy about being left hanging with regards to box return. I called to inquire about seeing if the moving team ( who were doing another move in the same building) could take boxes back to warehouse as their truck and elevator use was blocking us doing ourselves. We were told the movers would take and then left without doing so after checking on them twice. Leaving us to scramble to return them before 5pm on a Friday. Clearly no one was interested in assisting. I will be following up.

Was to move to new apt in 6 weeks but waited 6 months to get into new apt. Storage was a little pricey but ok. Holly and her staff were very helpful. The removing of furnishing from house to storage went well and was done in a timely fashion. Got help when needed to set up furniture on delivery to new apartment. All staff were courteous and professional. Thanks all.

They couldn't do anything for me so I had to get someone from Regina.

My amoire was seriously damaged by 3 loaders who then lied about how the damage occurred. I was promised $500.00 by the district manager ascompensation but never received anything WARNING If you choose Jays, make sure that you are insured to the hilt because you can be assured that you will need it. I have used them twice & had losses both times. NEVER AGAIN

This is the third time we have used Jay's for a household move. Each time we have been very satisfied with the professional service we have received. This move was a particularlity difficult one, as my husband had just had surgery a few days prior. Holly in the Moose Jaw office was more than accommodating in having to rearrange our move date, due to my husband's surgery. Holly paired us up with Brendan, Bobby and Christian to do our move. The three gentlemen went above and beyond to help me with all the small details. They helped me arrange and assemble all the furniture. No small task was refused...they even helped me put rollers under my applicances. We would highly recommend Jay's and will definitely be using them again for any of our future moves.

Great freight service friendly people

Levi & Ethan were very professional. They were delivering appliances for us - checked out where everything was to go, put out runner, unpacked items, moved items into home, would have set them up but our other renos weren't done yet. They inspected for damage and pointed out one piece that had damage, but appears to be a defect in the item from the factory. We have to contact the seller about it and go through them. NO FAULT of Jay's moving. They also hauled away our old appliances. That was a service provided by the seller through Jay's.We also had Jay's moving when moving from Alberta to Saskatchewan. Very pleased with the service we received then.

We were very pleased with Jays. Holly was great to work with. The men that came were professional, on time, friendly, and hard working. We would definitely recommend Jays and use them again.
