Budsmoke St. Catharine’s location is the best! When I don’t know what I am looking for, they are a great help to me in finding something that fits my needs. Staff is extremely friendly, I won’t go anywhere else!

Great service without being too friendly or pushy, accommodating sales associate. Staff assisted me with quality recommendations for my tastes. Recieved a rather large discount upon signing up for their loyalty program. Left with more items than intended without spending more than predicted, as well as a small promo gift. Positive experience, will feel comfortable to return.

The gang at BUDSSMOKE St. Catharines is awesome! So knowledgable, helpful, and kind. Really go above and beyond to find a product that suits exactly what you're looking for. They have a wide variety of items on their menu, there is something for everyone!!! 11/10 would recommend this store for all your canna needs.

Nice place overall but the budtenders need to get on the same page. Had one tell me that on Sundays they do discounts on Vapes. Came back the following Sunday and the guy working had no clue about the Sunday discount. Other than that......their stock is very disappointing. Hardly any concentrates or Vape Cartridges. Upon looking at their Vapes they only had 1 Indica Vape on hand. They claim that they price match but they hardly have enough product to be able to price match another store. Very disappointed when it came to Vapes and concentrates. I'd also like to add that I want the truth when it comes to labeling their products. I asked the budtender if Alien OG was Indica which he replied absolutely. Knowing full well that the Alien OG is a Hybrid. I don't appreciate being lied to in order to make a sale. Shady business practices.

Found many varieties of pre rolls . Got good service from a cutie named Jack who I found was knowledgeable about the stock the store provide. I even got 10 percent off for signing up .Parking is at the back .

Solid little dispensary. Even have me a drink on a hot day.

I went by the store yesterday for the 1st time and I have nothing but awesome things to say. A very nice store, clean and organized. I met Zack who was awesome and got me all sorted with what I needed. He also has tons of PK so it was an informative first visit as well. At the end of the day, with such a saturated market, the experience is as important, if not more, than the product.Thanks Zack! I will most definitely be returning.

Walked in with hopes of getting something quick and reasonable. Found every price to be higher then market price not even close…I mentioned things seemed a bit higher then other stores and was immediately met with the response if you don’t like it you can leave or we’ll call the cops. I kindly mentioned that it was an observation. She then mentioned daily special brands I responded with I prefer better quality bud if possible for the price. She took it personal as if I just trashed the weed she grew in her own closet. No surprise if this place is closed soon greedy pricing and very rude immature customer service. I’ll keep going to take off in Thorold. Killer staff honest pricing and no threats over honest feedback. What a joke!!!!!

Staff are AMAZING!!!! I walk in and they know what my wife wants... and she is never upset with any of there suggested products... we are faithful repeat costumers
