The staff there are liers, they were supposed to send me box containers 2 days ago, they never showed up, no body calls to update, I keep calling them and every time they are saying they are sorry for the delay and it should arrive soon , I has been two days like this and me and my family gonna miss our flight because of them . Never will use U-Haul again

I'm giving these guys a five star rating despite a bunch of reservation problems with our truck. They dealt with the problems well, gave me a rebate and even found us some free storage when the timing of our move was affected. The manager of this place really went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied, I was suitably impressed.

First, I waited over an hour today to get a truck and ubox. Secondly, they wrote more kilometers on the bill than it actually was and I paid an extra $47 for fuel. Folks, take before and after photos of your dashboard as evidence of mileage and fuel levels. It's not a fair game.

The WORST experience ever! We waited an hour even when we arrived before our reservation time. Only two employees were there but only one was offering service. The other employee did not open up a second counter until at least 45 mins later. The line was accumulating and people were all kept waiting. When it was finally our turn, we were told without prior knowledge that 3 pieces of IDs are required but we only had two. We offered scanned version of additional ID but it wasn't accepted. Who goes around with 3 pieces of IDs all the time? And not even at a government agency or bank does anyone need 3 pieces of IDs. There was absolutely no sign of compassion or willingness to offer help or alternative solutions from the employee. So we had to head back home after wasting more than one hour. When we got home, it turned out that our reservation had been cancelled and no one even considered that we would return. We were just simply dismissed.

Terrible service. If you need a rental at a certain time arrive at least one hour before your time so that you can leave on time. Also expect that return process is going to take a while.

The only reason I will recommend uhaul to a friend is because I dont know a better company. That dosent mean its great. I was not able to check in my truck with the webapp. And the webapp was bugged when I wanted to do the checkout. I wasent the only one in yhe same situation. There were a lot a lot of confusion with the truck I reserved. It wasent there then it magically appear out of no where. Employee also struggled with the computer software. You also introduced a different rate in high season. Hourly rate … that was not like that before. I’m a client for more then 10years and uhaul is getting worst year after year.

Terrible. Rats and mice here. Filed a claim regarding the damages to my belongings. I called numerous times to speak with someone, my only option was to request a call back from the manager. 1 1/2 months now I still haven't received any call or email. My sister called to cancel her account. The person on the phone confirmed the cancellation and did not specify that she needed to return the key card for the cancellation to be finalised, now she is being charged an additional month plus fees. Totally taking advantage of people. They did not take any responsibility, incompetence of the staff was ignored. To top it off it's an insanely expensive service even IF I could respect or rely on it. I definitely do not recommend this place, at least this location to be more specific. zero stars if I could.

I had reserved a U-Haul. U-Haul just called me the day before moving day to let me know they don’t have truck availability. Not very reliable.
