I needed some urgent help with adjusting my glasses one day at work and this happened to be the closest store to me. I asked the lady there if she could help me, after knowing that I did not purchase my glasses at her store, she brushed me off passive aggressively in front of another customer. Such terrible attitude and disrespect to a potential customer, I will make sure to never buy glasses here.

I needed my sunglasses adjusted, and I happened to be walking by here. The person running the store was very happy to adjust my glasses for me, and insisted on not charging me for the help. She was clearly a pro who knew what she was doing. Next time I need glasses, I will be shopping here first.
