Worst insurance ever. They will do about anything just to deny your claim.If you do get an approval. They take 3-4 months to pay your rental company. I had to pay them out of my own pocket and 3 months later, rental company finally received the payment and refunded my money back. I regret switching from economical insurance just over 40-50 dollars a month. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Hands down the worst insurance company. Compressed my payments into ten months instead of twelve for some reason, and in turn charged me more monthly unless I could give them a $750 down payment, which I wasn’t able to do. Weren’t clear at all about the MyBridge discount terms, and so when I didn’t download the app and use it (because I didn’t know it was a part of my policy) within the first 30 days that I was with Pembridge, I received an email informing me that my billing information had changed, with no exceptions. I’m paying $500 a month for a 2015 Mazda 3, not including the actual biweekly car payments, which is crazy. Such a joke. Don't waste your time or money with this company because they will absolutely screw you over.

The company charged me $165 for changing a new address that is never happened to me before with another company . I don’t renew the policy with them on May 13,2023 but they still send me another payment of $134 that is outstanding balance for the time on risk from may 13 to June 6,2023 because I don’t make the payment of $165 on time( I made that payment after the). They put me on non- payment for 3 years record.

Company is a complete joke! No way of contacting anyone within the company and they don't respond to emailsBroker cant get through to them either. Highly DO NOT recommend

Would give them zero stars if allowed!!!Worst customer service ever!!! Takes months for them to make simple changes to policy. Qualified for discount due to outright ownership of my home. Submitted necessary documents waiting for 3 months and they still have not applied credit. Broker has submitted documents 3 times and followed up and still NOTHING!!!

I would love to give this company a 0.They are extremely unprofessional and the customer service is horrible. Our broker lied to us about how much our policy will cost and the company started charging us more without notifying us. We purchased a new car and the same broker messed up with getting us our insurance and would not return our calls. We then started dealing with the Managing Director and he promised a price change which never happened. We decided to cancel and move on. Well, the MD said he will set it all up for us and of course, we got charged even though our policy was cancelled even after numerous emails to him to make sure it gets cancelled. He then lied to me saying he never got the emails because they went to his junk email. How is that even possible if I was replying to his email he sent me. He is extremely unprofessional and spoke to me as if I was clueless and did not deserve any respect.PLEASE stay clear of this company. I was not going to write a review as they already have super low reviews but after my last conversation with the MD and listening to his lies and talking down to me, I am writing this to hopefully help others that are considering this company. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. We lasted with them for only a year due to their lies, bad customer service, taking payments without consent, raising charges without consent and disrespect

Got into a car accident a week ago, and have been put through the wringer between calling my broker, pemridge & the adjuster. I have had zero communication, and no resolutions. No one has called me back, besides to give me the adjusters number which goes to voicemail each time I call, and the adjuster is the only one who can get me into a rental my insurance covers, So here I am, paying for full insurance to not be taken care of whatso ever and left without a vehicle for over a week now. Spending hundreds on Ubers.

Awful serice. They dont guide you throughtout the process if you get into an accident. Evrytime you call they give you infirmation that the next day is different. Managers and supervisors are always in meetings or away so I never been able to complain at a higher level. The adjuster never answers emails or calls and when you finally reached put to them they say they dont know what you are talking about. Really disappointed and frustrated with their service. Definelty, if you are looking for an insirance comoany, go somewhereelse

I've had a claim started for over two months on my vehicle and still nothing has been done about it. Customer service was terrible on the phone trying to get a hold of someone, and then when I did I was directed to the person supposedly in charge of the claim. Have called numerous times, the guy claims to be in the office on voicemail but doesn't pick up or call back. Beyond frustrated. Do not get insurance through them.

My card was fraudulently charged at this company (I have never used them and am not in or anywhere near Ontario), and I could not get a hold of anyone at the company to dispute this. If this is how they operate, I recommend everyone stay far far away because they tried to steal my money and may do the same to you.
