We really thought we were getting what we were paying for. As customers we did not have an actual budget(never questioned the price) and made it very clear that we expect good quality in terms of materials and craftsmanship.The finishing touches/ caulking that were done by the kitchen installer provided by Mastro kitchen, are horrible(as the photos can demonstrate). The installer blamed it on the dry air in our home, and would not remove and correct it by using proper caulking or another method.The biggest problem we are still experiencing is the hood fan cover. Came into several pieces and literally moulding was used to create the cover that is such a centrepiece in our kitchen. After several attempts(of doing nothing really) , Covid stopping us from having anyone come in from Mastro and now Vito is refusing to do anything about it, we gave up on this matter and are stuck with a hideously finished cover. The cover is misaligned, nails are protruding and the patching on it is ridiculous.Please be very clear in what you are expecting when you deal with Vito.He is very pleasant and professional, however his installer and their communication needs much improvement. We felt that in order to preserve their own professional relation ship , each one was covering for the other.Terrible!!!!!Please note that none of the deficiencies on these photos are from wear and tear!
