I've had my heat pumps installed for a week now and they work great! The location of the outdoor units had to change slightly due to other renovations at the house, but Jordan and Al were very accommodating and did a fantastic job with the install. Big thank you to them and Greenfoot!

Cody and Allan did such a wonderful aesthetic job! They even helped to clean out the snow to install the outer portion of the mini split heat pump. And they worked us through the maintenance and cleaning, and also what the warranty encompasses. They also said we could call if we had any questions or concerns. Such a job well done guys.

Had my split and air exchanger put in on Friday the 31 of March . “Bailey” and “Kirk” , arrived right on time but needed to a Jack hammer to get through the ice to place the pad. Also had to crawl under dirty, wet, cold gross mini home to wire the unit . In no time they had the unit and running . So very pleased with my heat pump and air exchange .Thanks so much. Josh & Allan installed a Daikin heat pump. Mark& Liam did the insulation. They were hardworking, professional, friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. They did a great job and they explained everything in detail. I would give them a 5/5. They even put cloths down so they wouldn’t track on the floors. We would like to thank them for all their hard work and a big thank you to Jamie in the office for organizing this. We love the Dakin and we are very grateful . Feeling thankful!

We had a central ducted heat pump installed to replace our old wood/electric furnace. Great company to deal with from start to finish. Tyler was great and informative while doing up our quote, helped set us up on the path for the government rebates and answered all our questions. Brent and the boys doing the install were pleasant, helpful and certainly know their stuff! They did a great job on the install and we're happy with it! Definitely recommend this company, no hidden charges or anything like that. Certain competitors wouldn't even come look at the place, just tried to do a phone quote and then tried some shady stuff and tried forcing us into using them, while being a bit ignorant to deal with. None of that with Greenfoot.

We just had a central ducted heat pump installed. We have had nothing but the best experience, from our initial visit with Tyler, right through to the end of the install this afternoon. All of the workers who were here (Darren, Josh, Logan, Cody, Matt and Spencer) were very friendly - all made sure to introduce themselves to both my husband and I - and were very patient with our questions and having us frequently looking over their shoulders. These guys obviously enjoy their jobs, making them a pleasure to deal with, and are great ambassadors for your company.Rochelle and Kim

Matt and Spencer are more than PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT and KNOWLEDGEABLE they are young family men who take pride in their work. They are polite, friendly, tidy, respectful and were lovely to have in our home! They listened to our concerns and made us feel like installing the heat pumps to our needs was as important to them as it was to us. They gave us great confidence that the job was being done right and we were able to relax with the process. Often when having work done in your home you just don’t feel like the person’s heart is in it and it leaves the occupant thinking is the job really being done right? There was none of that with Matt and Spencer. We felt confident to let them do their work and that they TRULY had OUR best interest at heart. Everything inside and out was level, centred and finished in a VERY professional manner. Greenfoot your simply fortunate to have these two working for you! We now have nice quiet Daikin heat pumps that we love and are comfortable with because they took the time to show us all the functions and how to take care of them. We HIGHLY recommend Matt and Spencer and would have them back in our home anytime!!!

Knowing nothing about heating, cooling or energy efficiency overall, choosing a company on my own seemed like an impossible task. Luckily, I chose Greenfoot, and I am so thankful I did.Last week, Kirk and Logan showed up right on time and installed two heat pumps in my home, properly and efficiently, all while being respectful of my home (even offering to sweep!) and being so kind while I went about my day. They were happy to answer all my questions and were able to teach me how to use the heat pumps (which I assure you, was no easy task).Les and Liam also came on the same day to insulate my attic. Once again, impeccable service and appreciated kindness (they even vacuumed on their way out). It was a 38 degree day and I honestly cannot fathom spending it in a hot attic - but not one complaint was made and I witnessed nothing but smiles.Having people come into your home to install/fix things is sometimes uncomfortable, but with Greenfoot, it was an enjoyable experience. All jobs were completed without issue and when the next day I had questions, they were happy to accommodate.Speaking of accommodating, I live a hectic lifestyle and Jamie was more than willing to help me and accommodate services with my almost impossible schedule. She was able to schedule everything to be completed on the same day in order to impact my work the least amount possible, which was amazing and very much appreciated. Again, when I needed help after installation day, Jamie was there to work with my schedule to provide services.Overall - I can’t say enough good things about the team at Greenfoot and if I need any further services, would call them again in a minute.

I just had Al and Jordan here installing my heat pump. These two are professionals…. Friendly…. Informative…. Thorough and efficient. Greenfoot is lucky to employ such great guys. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Thank you Al and Jordan for a job well done!!

I just had my unit installed this morning June 13, 2023. The 2 technicians were Nick and Jordan. They both were very professional and polite. The salesperson name was Tyler and he was very helpful with everything prior to me signing up. I also had a call in to Jamie to check on an odor and she was very helpful and will be in contact with one of the technicians to check to see if this is normal when the unit is new. Will check in the morning. Overall I was very pleased with everything and I thank you all for your professionalism.
