It started good. They were responsive and seemed knowledgeable for the initial walk through and quote process. Then, things went sideways. We had two windows put into the basement - both supplied by them. Both have different latches - but whatever, they are in different rooms and really, who is going to notice.There was a large gap left in the caulking - after a heavy rain in which water poured into the house, we ended up fixing it ourselves. They were supposed to use a chainsaw to prevent over-cuts like this, but didn't (clearly...).But those things are small compared to the mess left behind. yes - that's WHITE carpet that is soaked through with concrete dust and footprints etc. It was a disaster. Broken glass on the dirt pile outside, rebar stuck in it at odd angles, tons of concrete left behind (we paid the extra to have them remove it...).I contacted the company directly with these pictures. They responded by calling me and setting up an appointment that they no-showed for. They called again, apologized and set up another appointment - another no-show. Then they stopped calling.It's been a ton of work to fix this mess (we were in the middle of showing the home to potential renters when this all happened) and the company has been unresponsive (well - except to charge the credit card...)The price is low, but buyer BEWARE!**Also, we had to get permits etc after the fact from the city and this company is NOT licensed despite what their website says.... it was a major headache

Dragged all of their materials across my yard to get into the neighbours yard where they were actually performing the work.... Left it a mess.Also caught them peeing on my fence. 10/10 unprofessional.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring ASAP Concrete to install a new window in my house, and I am absolutely livid with the unprofessionalism and damage they caused. Not only did they completely butcher the job, but they also damaged my house's drywall and getting large amount of water inside the drywall including the insulation causing the drywall start yo build up mold and I have to hire someone else to take down the drywall and insulation and repair everything. It's clear that this company lacks the basic skills and attention to detail required for such work.when they encountered an issue with the concrete during the installation process, instead of properly fixing it, they resorted to a lazy and unacceptable solution. They patched the hole with silicone, which is not only a temporary fix but also completely inadequate for a permanent solution. This negligence and lack of professionalism is simply unacceptable.Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reputable and reliable company for your needs.

I contacted Emma at ASAP Concrete regarding options for concrete cutting multiple holes in a 12” thick concrete pad core drill holes for pickleball court net posts. I explained to Emma that the court was being built as a private donation to a local school. She suggested that it would be much more economical to do concrete core drilling which turned out to be excellent advice. ASAP offered us an absolutely amazing deal on the work. I was so impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of ASAP from conception to completion I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

The guys who did the install were very friendly & good energy...but very messy. I did call, chat and text a few times.. but I never got any reply back. They sprayed concrete water over my brand new paint job on my house, fence and patio furniture. Painting was expensive! )..Then they poured the rest of their water underneath my beautiful tree now it's all concrete underneath. They didn't clean up any of their workplace mess.

Really frustrating when we are told a job will be 2 days and having 2 window installers and 1 carpenter are coming to work on our job and we are quoted for that. Got charged for full amount before work started. Then only 1 carpenter comes for 6 hours and finishes the job and we are still charged the original price. Tried to discuss with the team as I am happy with the work that was done but they were completely unresponsive and unwilling to listen to our point of view. I'd recommend finding a company that is open and honest with the original work needing to be completed and then charges you appropriately for that rather than because you signed a contract with the original estimate for what they explained would be a 2 day job and then them having say its not their fault it was done with less labour and less hours to complete.DONT PAY THE FULL ESTIMATE IN ADVANCE.

I am more than pleased with my new egress basement bedroom windows! I had ASAP cut in, supply and install 2 new windows, replacing very small and old windows that no adult human would be able to escape out of. I feel so much safer using the rooms as bedrooms. ASAP staff are all awesome!! Emma really knows her stuff! The crew worked very hard in the heat and did an AMAZING job! They even kept it in my budget and really went over and above! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASAP! (PS. I am doing my own interior finishing and kept the soil to use in gardens next spring!)

First of all I want to say that I do not like saying bad things about businesses online. I always allow time for them to correct the issue first.I used ASAP concrete to install 3 windows in my basement. 3 egress windows for a basement suite. On their website it says that they help with permits and they my will ensure proper products are installed. My quote for the windows was around 5,000 which I thought was fairly reasonable.As soon as I signed the quote they were very fast to show up and begin work. The estimator met me on site and then described that there are additional costs due to the concrete outside of the windows ($400/ window). That’s fine I understand the extra work involved. Then there was an additional ($400/ window for dirt removal) I declined that as I thought it was excessive. All of this is fine however 2 of the windows needed lintels installed as my wall was too short for there to be no additional support. I agreed to an other $400/ window to install the lintels. I was told by the estimator that I would have no problem with my development permits with the lintels installed. Moving forward I have attempted to get my permits for my basement and was declined due to the windows. The inspector wants an engineering report. This was not explained to me at all during any of this process. So I hired an engineer $500 just to show up. 2 weeks later he says that I need to repair the windows. ASAP gave me a contact to get a second opinion. No response for over 3 weeks. Now ASAP is trying to hold me accountable to do repairs on a brand new window installation.They are now ignoring me and my calls.ON TOP OF THAT THEY PROMISED NO OVER CUTS AND THERE ARE PLENTY OF OVER CUTS.Very unprofessional. They claim that they know what they are doing. Up sell you every place they can and have no accountability for anything that they do.

ASAP Concrete Cutting installed Egress Basement Windows and opened new entrance for basement door. They have advanced equipment to cut the concrete.I am very impressed by their work they done for me.They Installed 4 Egress Windows and my basement door entrance.My Basement is now legal with the emergency window they installed.

I shopped around to get quote for basement separate entrance door and I got reasonable price from ASAP Concrete cutting ltd. I accepted their quote and they did very good job on time.
