Highly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to contact Eastside Dental.The dentists and staff are all very welcoming and professional. The office staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hygienists are extremely nice, gentle and skilled.I'm a patient of Dr. Diponio's and could not be happier with my dentist. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and listens to all of my concerns. The location and office itself is great; very clean, up-to-date, and comfortable. One of the nicest offices in the Windsor area.

This place is amazing! From the receptionists to the dental hygienists to the dentists, everyone is a class act. My dental hygienist, Jayne, is absolutely amazing at her job. Her reassurance that I’m doing well with my teeth made me extremely happy because it’s hard to maintain a good smile sometimes. She considered my teeth as “text book”. She explained everything that she was about to do with my teeth, and took a considerable amount of time to do the job right. She didn’t feel rushed. The dentist, Chris, was also very personable and made sure everything was in proper working order. To top it all off, all of the receptionists are extremely welcoming. As soon as I step through the door they say hello with a smile (even though we are wearing masks) you can tell that they love their job. Overall, you can tell the owners are doing a fantastic job at their establishment because everyone seems extremely happy about what they are doing as east side dental. Honestly, can wait for my next appointment.

I have been the patient of Dr Mirsa for over10 years. She is the most amazing dentist on the planet. I had a root canal today and it was painless. She is kind , gentle, caring and forthright with her diagnoses .Over the years her assistants have also been amazing. A shoutout to Tanya and to the current assistant, Miriam.I highly recommend Dr Mirsa for your dental needs.

Staff were very friendly. My hygienist was awesome. Very warm and understanding of any fears of the dentist. My dentist was amazing. Talked me through everything she was doing and about to do. I felt informed the entire vist. Always making sure my pain level was minimal or non existent if possible. I've been to a few dental centers and this one is by far the best of them. I feel lucky to have found this dental office and will definitely recommend this office to friends and family.

Phenomenal dentist and the staff is just as great. Always a pleasant experience with no wait. If you are one of those people that does not have a dental plan and is discouraged by high dental prices, from my experience, the rates at East Pointe Dental are more than competitive. If you are looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. MacMurdo and his wonderful staff.

Their services are OK however when it comes to charging your insurance, i dont think they know what they are doing or they just dont care because its not their money. I changed dentist because its closer to us; before booking our appointments I told them that new patient exams are done and some xrays are done from our previous dentist. They can just send a request to get those transferred because my insurance and my husband's only covers once every 2 years. Its very straight forward instead of paying twice. But they charged us still and they never asked our file to be transferred. The worst is, they send us the statement 6 months after that we owe money. It would've been better if they told us prior to the appointment so that we could've just stayed in our dentist and not switch to them. The doctor and the hygienist as well as the dental assistants are great but the accounting and receptions are not the greatest. They will drain your insurance and get money out of you. Either they're incompetent that they dont know what they're doing or they're not paying attention on what the customers are telling them. They should tell the customers the anticipated payment and not go blind and you will just receive a statement that you owe money.. and we not talking about just a few dollars or hundred, I paid almost $600 for just a family of 3 just to do a routine cleaning and we have 2 insurance. They did not even do the appointment in one time, we have to go twice to do the xrays and then then cleaning. I would not recommend this dental office. There's a lot of dental office out there that are way better.

I would like to say that I am more than impressed with this office, and the quality of care overall. I am impressed with the dentists and support staff, ease of scheduling; but most importantly, how this business services its clients. This office has an ongoing concern for your 100% care, and satisfaction!I did experience a perceived indifference once, which turned out to be only a minor phone miscommunication. I honestly had been upset during the occurrence, being new to the area and practice, considered changing from Eastside. However, two reasons kept our family at this office, over changing to another. All previous excellence in the work, and care, and service in all aspects, reconsidered (strong quality); but moreover, the exceptional reaching out by office management, to ensure that everything was fine, and to apologize for any misunderstandings.I was beyond shocked, at the concern and care of this business, to make sure everyone that walks through their door, is taken care of at 110%, and not unhappy! This level of personal concern, presented by Eastside Dental, has brought me back to thinking old school word-of-mouth important, to them! It really should matter to any business, when someone is left unhappy, and, it’s really often not the point of the misunderstanding, or issue itself, having happened, that defines quality of service; but, it’s more important how it’s handled that speaks volumes.With Eastside, we’ve witnessed astonishing excellence in client care, and our family will never leave this practice, unless something of a logistical nature as moving might make it impractical. Otherwise, hopefully Eastside will continue to see us!So again, highest of high recommendations, please call Eastside Dental in Windsor for all of your dentistry needs, they do seriously go, above and beyond!!!!

I recently had a crown installed for a front tooth and that's quite a process! They made the experience as smooth as possible and I couldn't be anymore happy with the results! Not only does it look amazing but all the care from my dentist and staff was awesome! ✨ Thrilled!

Eastside Dental Office, which I've been going to for several years, continues to impress. I would recommend them to anybody in our region on the quest for a Dental Office. The staff is very professional and always give a warm greeting upon arrival. The waiting room is very modern with a fine selection of magazines to occupy you while you wait. Chances are you will not be waiting long though as the staff works together to avoid bottlenecks and they are very punctual. My Dentist, Dr. Mario DiPonio, is amazing. He makes sure you are comfortable and does great work. You'd be very lucky to find another Dental Office in the Windsor region as good or deserving of a recommendation than this.
