Andres is an amazing personal trainer helped my posture , back strength his good spirit and motivation to help from him I learned a lot of stretching exercises before starting to work I highly recommend

Fit After 50
I’ve worked with Andres for a decade. His kinesiology knowledge means that when I hurt myself in sport, he can help me train to recovery. Strengthening what was weak and returning balance to my body, so I can get back to the movements I love. He is kind, patient, diligent and supportive as a coach. I strongly recommend working with him to hit whatever goals you choose to set for yourself.

Fit After 50
The last few years of Covid lockdowns I was feeling lazy and unmotivated to do exercise. Fit after 50 has given me a chance to change that. Training with a great personal trainer as well as a few days of homework every week. The Physio tech program portal has been personally tailored to my needs. I have arthritis in my joints and sometimes my balance is off. These kinesiology exercises are easy and really effective, giving me more strength for my daily activities such as walking climbing stairs opening some of those heavy glass doors we deal with on a daily basis. I would highly recommend fit over 50 to seniors as a great way to build your strength and keep yourself current. Try it out you won’t be disappointed, cheers Peter.

Exercise is important to keep us active, healthy and with a positive attitude even in times of pandemic.Andres with his experience, knowledge together with those who are part of his team and the excellent work they do that every day that passes and the motivation they give me I see the change I was needing.I recommend taking the programs offered by fit after 50 and improving your quality of life.
