I purchased my 2013 Veloster from them and was assisted by Yuri. He was extremely professional and courteous, and did not pressure me into buying. He patiently answered all my inquiries. At this point, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Less than impressed with my experience here, would strongly advise against going here unless you are very knowledgeable on cars or you will likely be taken advantage of, especially as a young woman.I was purchasing my very first vehicle here, the owner of the dealership ( Patrick) barely acknowledged me and would only speak to my boyfriend who was only present as he was my drive to the dealership, I had to redirect the conversation multiple times asking him to speak with me as I was buying the car not him.Firstly, they give you the car on completely empty tank - I am convinced they maybe test drove the vehicle once before selling it to me. Furthermore, I drove the car off the lot, and realized the advertised amenities of the vehicle ( Apple CarPlay) were not all working - I had to install them on my own despite the car being advertised as having them.About a week or so into having the car, the car battery died - when I called the dealership, the owner Patrick was very rude and said I knew nothing about cars and that it was likely because it was cold outside - I ended up just going to a outside trusted mechanic to get the issues addressed.Lastly, I recently go to switch the car to the summer tires that were included in the sale - that the salesperson and owner of the dealership ensured and reassured me were in excellent condition - I asked them because they didn't look great but were in the trunk I trusted their judgement. Turns out the summer tires are unusable and 2 of the 4 tires had nails in them. See attached photo of the so called good condition tires!I was given free oil changes for a year from this place as a part of the deal when purchasing the car that I have chosen not to use because of how I was treated and because of the fact that I would never recommend their services to anyone.EDIT TO REPLY *** : guess I didn't provide enough details, yes a couple days after buying the vehicle the car wouldn't start - they sent two guys and it was because the car keys were given to me with dead key fobs & had to show me a trick" to get the car started until I replaced the key FOB batteries myself.Then a week later when the car battery died I was essentially told it was my own fault for driving it in the cold & not knowing anything about cars. You guys are more than welcome to cover the cost of my new summer tires & can reach out and I will gladly send you an invoice and amend my review.Update: Yes they offered me $60 dollar aftermarket tires & after inquiring about the brand and type of tires - I was met with a condescending tone yet again

Just want to say thanks to Abdul and Street Extreme Auto for such a smooth, incredibly friendly experience! Abdul worked really hard to make sure that everything about my car was immaculate and was done properly. His honest and expert advice helped me make the best decision for my current scenario. I received the car on Monday. Abdul hand delivered the car and keys to me. The car was really clean, smelt great and drove smoothly. Had a full tank of gas even after an hour or more drive to deliver the car. I live near Barrie and I made a point in dealing with Abdul because his customer service and honesty is something that you literally don’t see everywhere. Great person to refer your friends and family too as I have done. Couldn’t be more happy! Thanks again Abdul for everything

Went by street Xtreme looking to trade in my vehicle, spoke with Yuri and he was more then helpful through out the whole process. Properly explain warranty packages, options, and any hidden fees that would be expected (dealing with getting rid of a previously leased vehicle) and made the transfer of vehicles and documents stress and worry free!! Would recommend the dealership to friends and family and everyone who sees this post.Also had amazing service from Mikey on the service department taking care of the vehicle with a incident I had with my passenger tires that he helped me out with. All in all I’m more the great service from the whole team with all the work and effort put in by the whole team. Also a great thanks to Pat for running an amazing operation and holding the team down and making sure the customer get the amazing service

After a long month (not due to street xtreme at all) I’ll finally have my hands on my new 2022 veloster n. Yuri has been outstanding throughout the whole experience, especially since this is my first time purchasing a car, and to boot, an online purchase. Through many FaceTime chats, phone calls and text messages, he helped me through every bump in the road and always with a smile. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will recommend street xtreme every time and am so happy I stumbled upon this dealership. Thank you to the team as well who helped me through this process even though I didn’t get to talk to everyone directly, it has been a pleasure. Recently my car was stolen and I walked into this place with nothing in my mind. Met Yuri who is extremely profesional and polite. I wasted he is hours speaking to him and he was politely explaining all the process as to how things work. I have never met any car dealerships agent who is so friendly and cares about the customer and I had been to many dealerships. He was hospitable, polite and friendly. I was in the market for a get around car and I came across these guys and luckily was assisted by Yuri.. I didn't buy a car that was brand new but the service I got provided made me feel like I did. Not only was Yuri very patient, professional and knowledgeable, he also answered all my questions and I learned a couple of things about cars from him.
