Staff was so rude. They need to learn How to talk with People. Service was so worst and slow.Their drive thru was very slow. Staff don’t have patience I really recommend the owner to teach them patience and way how to talk with customers.The old lady don’t know how to talk and she came at us for her team being rude.

Burloak and Superior Ct. Cmon guys you need to fix your drive through lane. It's a long lane and totally bumpy. Timmy's can do better for sure.

I tried their beyond meat burger for the first time which was literally a cold bun with cheese which is not melted, lettuce and ketchup. No mustard no mayonnaise no tomatoes and paid $6 for this.A really bad experience. Food quality is 0. Moreover they are always out of tomatoes or onions, every time.Edited: I tried their food after 3 years and i am equally disappointed again. Sharing the pictures of spicy habanero wrap(veggie), so tiny can’t believe we paid $8.xx for this.

Question??Why is it acceptable for the workers to wear hair nets.....but the managers don'tI watched one lady touch her head piece and her hair at the same time then make a coffee...found out she is a manager.....aren't they supposed to set examples....

This location is always busy at the lunch hour. Be sure to be patient if you are dining in. The food is is pretty standard for a Tim Hortons. They have good coffee, but nothing beats their great chili.

A convenient located Tim's. The staff was friendly. I was working on a midnight call in the area to address an emergency and I stopped here twice throughout the night\early morning hours and the young man there was friendly.

Opened my coffee to pour into my thermas and found a gross hunk of whatever it was floating in my coffee. If I hadn't opened it I probably would have swallowed it. Check your coffee folks, floaters are not good.Burloak you need to do better..

The lady making food on July 2nd between 12:15- 12:55 is terrible at her job. I’ve been in the industry long enough to know it’s not just a bad day. Her team wasn’t strong either. So upset.

Wrong orders , they forgot to put sausage patty in my breakfast sandwich!! (Morning staff) And their LATTE MACHINE is always down specially in the evening !! When the staff are changed and maybe managers are gone! Whats wrong with you guys working in the evening/night ? I know it takes time to make latte !!!!
