At a great location with ion station and several busses. There’s a class every day except Sunday but thorough reviews are provided at the beginning of each class. Each moves and principles are taught with great detail Ive been enjoying training here so far.

I have been nothing short of impressed since signing my son up for jiu jitsu. Initially overwhelmed by the commitment of 3 days a week, I quickly realized how important it was for my son’s growth and development within the sport. His confidence, pride and discipline have all improved since starting just a short few months ago and this is all thanks to his dedicated coaches.Gentle Arts has hands down become our favourite extra curricular and I look forward to my younger son coming of age to join in as well!

As someone brand new to jiu jitsu it was a great place to start learning. Multiple instructors working every session so you always have someone helping you out. Environment was super welcoming and instructors really know their stuff!

Did a trial class with my wife and we had a great time! Always interested in trying out jiu jitsu after watching UFC and this was a great introduction. Signed up soon after the free trial. Instructor Faisal was very attentive to our questions.

What a great experience for my son to have Jiu Jitsu training by such a professional team. My son enjoys and looks forward to class every time. Amazing gym with great instructors and a very welcoming environment. Everyone is friendly and the rolls are great. Very educational and informative classes as well.

Mohammed is disrespectful person, don't know how to handle person when see better rather than him, got frustrated easily, since he flip the situation on me because the property is his, he lies to the cop to get me arrested and by the way I was only testing my level of strength since I am aging, I won't recommend anyone to train with this guys too arrogant and disrespectful person learn manners and by the way it's 's not a shame loosing in 2019 Oct against me within 1minutes, learn real jujitsu and you are shame for the ummah and also the name don't suit you since the prophet Muhammad S. A. W was al ameen and he had never lies or flip situation to be frame someone, did you get it changed your name

My favorite gym. Staff are super supportive, coaches are very technical and have international medals. But most importantly they are able to teach with a lot of passion and clarity. Students at this gym progress super fast. Wish I signed up sooner.
