Good produce selection. Prices are reasonable compared to other value grocers. A bit more effort to hide the rat traps and a new floor would definitely bring this place up to a fancier standard. Staff are endlessly kind and full of helpful knowledge. Carts are very well maintained and don't require coins. Excellent stock of overseas sauces and delicacies!!

Here you will have deals every times for different product, the place is clean and organized, today was the last day for walnut deal, I was expecting to find nothing, but the bulk was full and I got 8 lb the max limit,the only thing that the lady on cashier who served me was not putting the mask on. Overall, I like the place.

Has some items No Frills doesn't. Generally good produce and stocked up. No more bags at self check out. It's a bummer that so many stores are doing this, I'd be happy with paper bags.

Waited at customer service on June 1. Girl came into the work area just after I got to the lottery counter and said she would be with me in a couple of minutes. She went to serve a customer at the conveyor belt. She finished with that customer and served 2 more customers before I told her I would go to another store for service. Her response was she was working alone. That's fine but don't lie to the customers that you will serve them in the time you stated. Highbury and Oxford store has never lied or misled me. I will no longer go to commissioner's Rd. store. This employee does not know customer service even though that's where she was stationed.

Nice clean store. Its slightly more expensive that what I was expecting when I purchase a loaf of gluten free bread and margarine it totalled more than $10.Lots of parking and variety of gluten free products just surpirsed with the cost.#localguides

I understand employees have a job to do by stocking but they will cut you off and stand infront of you while you are looking at a shelf and not give you a single hello" or "sorry one second""

The lady Asm is very rude. They had a isle with caution tape. There was no one to help us get what we needed, so we went down the isle to get it. The employee came in Louie a freight train. We explained why we were down the isle. She scolded us like we were children, very rude. We mentioned for them to have a sign stating “DO NOT ENTER” instead of a caution sign. She was so rude.
