I dealt with Lindsey in the parts department and I can't say enough good things about her! She really went the extra mile in assisting me to locate a part. She's a keeper!

Ordered a car over 18 months ago, still waiting. Called around the 1 year mark and I was 10th in line. Called a few weeks ago, I am now 15th in line and told it is yet another 2 years wait (almost 4 yrs in total).The sales rep was not very helpful, or trusting. I would have to call several times to try and get a response from them. They seem to always forget to get back to me.I cancelled my order and will never deal with this dealership again. It was appalling. You would be best to go to another Chevy dealer.The fact that a sales rep would move me up and down a wait list was extremely dishonest and the dealer response was lacking of genuine empathy. But I guess that is how customer service is these days. :(

I take pride in respecting every level of customer service and been very polite with every interaction but I’ve not been happy with the vague responses or no response at all from director of sales (Amy freeman). I decided to take it to another step and have a law firm look into it for they decided to honour that promotion when queenston automotive group continued it for almost a year and a half. I’m simply looking to have the issue resolved for the promotion was continued by the new owners long after the acquisition. On a side note, Jp motors has been great to me prior to the sale and I gladly spent $55,000 on two vehicles over the past four years.

Workers drive the vehicles through the parking lot super fast with no consideration for others in the parking lot. Almost drove into me and doesn't even look at me and I had to stop because the guy didn't care he was going to hit me.

THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU, Took my Pickup truck there for an diagnostic turns out one of their mechanics took my truck for a 2 minute drive and I was presented with 180$ invoice, and the cherry on top of he cake is, they suspect what the problem may be, so they not sure, went in with questions and came out with the same unanswered questions, I felt like I was robbed. NEVER AGAIN.

Got my truck towed in for the transmission locking up second time this has happened. Service advisor was Michelle she was very nice and they found the supposedly problem with the transmission. Apparently it was an actuator replaced it. I went to pick up the truck and got an invoice for $173 to check for a Prestone leak. The transmission was under warranty, but I figure they have to get me for something not to mention I still have transmission problems. I’ve left Michelle messages twice and have not received a call back yet.Would greatly appreciate someone to call me.

Very frustrating experience - Hamilton’s Truck Guy couldn’t be bothered to learn my name or who I was despite having already leased a truck from him for my contracting business. He seemed completely uninterested in helping me find a truck for myself. I even pre-ordered a truck 6+ months ago and have yet to get any update or ETA. Dealership claims truck shortages, yet says they are working 7 days a week and cannot keep up with demand. Other dealerships seem to have the truck I’m looking for without any excuses. They also took time to talk to me, learn my name and follow up with me on all my questions. Something else Hamilton’s Truck Guy and Co. wouldn’t do.
