Pierced by Gina

This is the 3rd location where I've went to get piercings done, and I'm pretty sure I'll be coming back to get more done here. I was already feeling pretty confident because the atmosphere was so laid back but welcoming, even the other staff (tattoo artists and such) were all talking amongst themselves and it kept the place lively but still feeling professional. Zara (Pierced by Zara) that greeted me and did my piercings was so easy to talk to. Even when I found out that I lacked the anatomy to get certain ear piercings done, she gave alternatives to what I could get and I now have a hidden helix done that I absolutely adore. Her initial placement of the hidden helix is super flattering from all angles, and I went with just that. It's nice that communication is easy, she talks to the client like talking to an equal, and my experience was great. Their selection of jewelry is pretty broad and all beautiful. I don't think I would ever get anxious asking questions that I wasn't sure of regarding what would be right or what would look good. It's also comforting to know that she is easy to contact (business email and social media) in case of any piercing/aftercare questions as she replied pretty quickly and reassuringly.

A friend highly recommended Gina saying that they won't trust anyone else with their piercings and I see why. She's thorough, patient, detailed, invested in the best care, and super knowledgeable about her craft/trade/career from the quality of the tools/jewelry to aftercare. Super personable and helped me curate the look of my new lip piercing to fit with existing piercings. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back. Also the shop decor is gorg.

I went in to get a third piercing for my ears. Right from the time I walked in Gina made me feel really comfortable. She gave me time to pick my jewelry, which was difficult because she has such an extensive collection all of which look so good. She walked me through everything she was doing and made me feel really comfortable. Now I’m actually thinking of getting more ear piercings. Her space is really well done and there’s some peppy music playing the whole time. Loved the experience! Hope to muster up the courage to get that nose piercing. Thank you, Gina! Your professionalism and care is much appreciated.

I had an amazing experience at Gold Hollow with Gina. Gina was incredibly kind, professional, accommodating, and overall an absolutely lovely person to be around. Gina made sure that I was comfortable throughout the process, talking through the steps and ensuring that my experience was a positive one. Both myself and the friend who accompanied me to my appointment were very impressed, and we look forward to returning again in the future. Highly recommend.

I just got my first ever piercings done and I'm so lucky to have gotten them done by Gina! She was extremely kind, patient, and professional during the consultation process and was amazing about answering all my questions and walking me through the entire piercing and healing process. We discussed future piercing plans and Gina took the time to evaluate my anatomy to ensure that I would be able to get the piercings that I wanted. The jewelry selection at Gold Hollow is absolutely spectacular and I had such a fun time choosing my jewelry! The atmosphere of the studio is kind, welcoming, and professional, and it's clear that all the amazing artists working there prioritize good practice and customer service. The area that I got pierced in was spacious, clean, and gorgeously decorated. The team at Gold Hollow has created a beautiful space that's a joy to be in and I will certainly be going to Gold Hollow for all my future piercings! My moral support person was also welcomed along for my appointment and was given a seat in the piercing area. They loved the aesthetics and atmosphere of the studio so much that they're thinking of getting a tattoo there!

My partner and I went to Gina for ear piercings. One of my lobes had grown over so I thought I would need to get it re-pierced, but turns out Gina flushed the old piercing first (at her expert recommendation) and it was still open! Gina was very professional, super helpful, open, and honest about that whole process and pricing. My partner then got a helix piercing and it was flawless! We felt very safe and taken care of, as well as were impressed by how clean everything was. Couldn't recommend Gina and the Gold Hollow studio more!

I had looked for a piercing shop online and my search results led me here! I came by to purchase a new nose ring and hopefully have someone put it in for me. Gina was fantastic, gentle, professional, just a lovely person all around. Loved her energy. Decor of the shop was super cute and it was spotless clean. I will be back for a piercing in the future for sure.

I was very nervous to get my septum pierced! I finally booked an appointment with Gina and it was better than I could have hoped for. She made me feel so comfortable, she was hilarious, patient and very helpful in answering any questions I had. It felt literally like a pinch! And it’s so cool that she designs some of the pieces there as well! Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get pierced and wants a good experience.

Gina was absolutely lovely. I needed help removing a piecing that has been with me for 15+yrs that I was unable to remove on my own. She removed is professionally, promptly and without any pain. She didn’t even charge me! The studio is beautiful and spotless. I’ll be returning with my daughter to pierce her ears when the time comes. 5 stars. Highly recommended!
