I had Blooming One arrange a flower bouquet for my fiancé's Bridal Shower. I picked up the flower arrangement on Sunday afternoon before I arrived at the end of her shower and it was beautiful. Exactly what I had asked for, and it was professionally prepared. Nice carry bag, with a water bag attached to the bottom. Great presentation. I would purchase from them again!

After an unhappy experience with them, Vivian reached out to me personally and was able to rectify the situation with full refund, I thought it was very sweet of her. And today I received a bouquet of flowers from them as apology gift, I can totally tell how genuine she is and how much she cares for her clients. Service from her is excellent, above and beyond! not delivered for the flowers I ordered and then they don’t pick up any phone calls or never reply back wechat…a lot of customers have same issue today. if you don’t have the capacity then don’t take so many orders. someone post on social media and they reply to that customer immediately but not to other persons…

Whoever wants to have their flowers received after 10pm can rely on their delivery service. Honestly if you don’t have the capacity then don’t take that many orders. It completely ruined my day.-Changed my review from one star to 4 because they did fully refund the payment and reached out to us personally, offering us a free bouquet as an apology gift.. that’s pretty sweet of her. I hope they will learn from what happened this year and improve next year.

They were really responsive in answering my questions and they had some of the freshest flowers I've ever seen. I bought roses and they still look great over one week. They are very generous in giving plant food as well.

Valentine's Day gift received is a very fresh bouquet of flowers ordered in this. The flowers are wilting and feel bad about the symbolism is too sad
